I wish they would just call it a quarterly subscription and bill and ship accordingly. I’d be much less annoyed with them.

Oh ffs! I swore up and down that I was done with OP, and this box is totally going to suck me back in! Looks totally amazing.

LOL! The box totally sells itself. It’s the CS that turns people off. If they were more reliable, I would keep this sub for years, and probably would have signed up for the Homme box as well.
