Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Graze offers over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences. Some subscribers spend time choosing preferences, noting which options they want to try, think they would like, or “trash” and prefer not to receive. Each Graze box may look completely different!

For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to “trash” snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.

Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.

Our Review

This month, Graze included an insert containing detailed information on the traditional British treat, flapjacks. Graze offers a variety of flavors that are packed with protein, boost energy, and contain healthy minerals to support strong bones and teeth. The other side of the insert contains the nutritional facts for the snacks included in this month’s shipment. There are also three little tearaway coupons to give to friends to get their 1st and 5th box for free.

There was also a coupon for $35 in free meals from Home Chef. (Check out our Home Chef reviews to learn more and save money off your first box!)

Punchy Protein Nuts – Buy 6 for $8.99

While my afternoon snack is often a handful of nuts, I wasn’t crazy about this blend. I didn’t care for the chili-lime flavored cashews (I don’t typically like chili flavored things so that’s to be expected). I was able to pick out the peanuts and almonds which were lightly salted and didn’t have much of the tangy, spicy flavor from the cashews.

Cinnamon Pretzel – Buy 6 for $8.99

This is the perfect blend for me! I loved the poppy covered pretzels and the sweet caramelized honey cinnamon almonds. The texture was great, there was the perfect mix of spice, salt, and sweetness to check off of the snack boxes!

Snickerdoodle Dip – Buy 6 for $8.99

I expected this to be sweet and was surprised to find that it really wasn’t. I loved the creamy dip spread onto the crunchy pretzel sticks. It was satisfying and felt decadent but didn’t leave me with the same guilt as a cookie!

Vanilla Pear Energizer – Buy 6 for $8.99

This fruit and nut blend gives me fall feels. With vanilla pumpkin seeds, chewy tart dried cranberries and sweet dried pears, and crunchy salty almonds – yum! This would be the perfect topper for a Greek yogurt or a wonderful addition to an oatmeal for a satisfying breakfast.

Lemon Drizzle Flapjack – Buy 6 for $8.99

I liked that this treat was divided into 3 pieces, perfect for sharing. It would remind you of a granola bar, made out of oatmeal. There is a sweet and tangy lemon yogurt drizzle on the top giving it the pleasing taste of a lemon cookie. It would be perfect with a cup of green tea for an afternoon treat on a rainy day!

Garden of England – Buy 6 for $8.99

This is one of my favorite Graze treats. I loved dried fruit, and the mini strawberries, black currants, and soft apple slices pair so perfectly together. This would be amazing stirred into your morning oatmeal, or sprinkled on top of a piece of peanut butter toast!

Apple & Carrot Defense Smoothie with Chai – Buy 6 for $8.99

This snack is new and features a new found love of mine – carrot chews. It’s like a delicious vegetable gummy – weird, but so good. This snack pack also has slivered almonds, chopped dried apples, and little raspberry chia bites for extra texture. This is a satisfying and filling snack.

Caramel Apple – Buy 6 for $8.99

This is such a great fall treat – perfect for kids lunches or even to give out for trick or treat! These caramel apples are the perfect soft texture to be dipped into this creamy, ooey-gooey delisious zip. At only 80 calories, there’s no guilt!

Verdict: For $13.99, Graze sent me eight delicious snacks break down to $1.75 each. I prefer the snacks that would be more difficult to make at home, and I’d be happy to receive 7 of the 8 of them again (the first was too spicy for me). I’m a lover of snacks and I appreciate the ability to quickly grab something that is moderately healthy to satisfy me. I also love that they’re pre-packaged in a tiny little container making them easy to store in my bag and take with me wherever I might need a boost!
