Fabletics is a monthly fitness apparel subscription co-founded by Kate Hudson. Recently, Fabletics introduced a plus size line of their fashionable workout gear! You can shop their line in two different ways—either you can shop through their regular store or sign up as a VIP member. The VIP Membership works like this:
- Take the Fabletics quiz, which will let the company know your size, style, and fitness needs.
- Each month, Fabletics will curate looks that match your preferences. According to the website, outfits start at $19.00 for new members. (I'm not sure if "new members" refers to just your first order, though.)
- Shop those looks at 40-50% off what you'd get just paying retail, or skip the month. You have to make your decision by the 5th of the month. If you do neither, the $49.95 monthly membership fee will be saved to your account as a credit, which you can put towards other outfits later.
- As you shop, you'll also earn points that can be applied to accessories and other cool fitness essentials.
Unlike a lot of other subscription boxes, you are not automatically sent a package each month. You have to go into your account and either decide to add items to your card or skip it. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, though you do have to call into Fabletics customer service to do it.

Zoe Zip-UP High Support Sports Bra, Size 3x - Retail Value 64.95, VIP Price $49.95
When I put in my order there was a 30% off sale, so I went buck wild and got three pieces. I decided to focus on sports bras instead of complete outfits, especially since bra sizings and fits are something I constantly struggle with. I never know which size fits me best and I know a lot of my readers can relate! As soon as I heard that Fabletics was issuing different levels of support in their sports bras, I had to try the high impact bra! This may be the most supportive sports bra yet that I have received from Fabletics! This bra has a zip front that has a secondary enclosure to keep from exposing your chest if the zipper malfunctions. The fabric is high compression but has stretch. I selected the Rosebloom shade due to the limited colors available, but also because I thought it would pair well with my complexion. I was surprised by how much I love the Rosebloom color, but I am not shocked by how much I enjoyed the style details like the criss-cross straps and fishnet-like mesh cut outs. I felt strong, beautiful, and secure while working out in this bra!
Camryn Sports Bra in Copper Black, Size 3x - Retail Value $49.95, VIP Price $29.95
I had been eyeing up this bra since last year and finally bit the bullet and ordered it during the sale. The front and back metallic portions are made of a stretchy pleather- like fabric. The front and back sides are made of a breathable mesh material. This sports bra is fantastic! It provides decent support and looks great on, but due to the metallic fabric might not be the best to do a full work out in due to the sweat factor. That aside I am glad I finally purchased this bra!
Clara Sports Bra in Poppy Field Ivory, Size 2x - Retail Value $39.95, VIP Price $24.95
This is another piece that I had been eyeing up for months but didn’t purchase till now. The 3x is completely sold out, so I figured I would take the suggestion of my readers and try a 2x to determine if it has a better fit. I am shocked by how well the smaller size fits me! I love the floral print; it is so vibrant and gorgeous! This bra fits perfectly; I am tempted to try other bras in a 2x to see if they fit me as well. I don’t feel like I have any side boob hanging out and my mid-section is completely covered---I’m impressed!
Verdict: I am excited I opted to try out some new sports bras, especially the newer high impact/support bra! The construction of the bra is the best Fabletics has offered yet! If you are well endowed in the chest, I strongly suggest trying out the high impact sports bras! You will be amazed by how well they hold you in, especially during workout sessions. I also am pleased to see that in the lower impact styles that I found success in trying out a 2x instead of my typical 3x. I love that Fabletics continues to branch out their selections in plus sizes, but I hope to see their size options and selections in plus expand even further. Otherwise, I am consistently thrilled with Fabletics and recommend them to all my friends!
