The JoJo Siwa Box Summer 2018 Review

I love that they included a little card with descriptions of what you can find in the box. We received a total of 7 items and they are all perfect for a summer box!

OG Hair Bow - find similar bows here

JoJo is known for her signature large hair bows, so it is fitting that each box will contain an exclusive hair bow like this one. This bow is inspired by the very first bow her mom made for her. I love the silver with just a bit of shimmer to it over top of the neon green and pink. The alligator clip ensures that it stays secure in your hair.

The bow is oversized but is comfortable enough for my very active 3-year-old to wear in her hair all day.

Flowy Tank Top

My daughter was so excited to see this in the box and went to put it on right away! The ice cream, popsicles and yellow suns all scream summer, while the colorful bows and smiley faces let you know it's a JoJo design. I love the little flare out at the bottom. A very cute tank top, just in time to finish out the summer.

Beach Ball

This beach ball features the same design as the tank top. This is a great addition to a summer box, in my opinion, and if you look hard enough you can see just a bit of glitter inside of the ball. So cute!

Compressed Towel

We received a beach towel which came compressed into this butterfly shape. I love the bright colors and the large ice cream cone with a bow. This is such a great summer design with just enough JoJo flare to it. It is a bit thin for a beach towel. The material feels similar to microfiber though so maybe it will perform better than expected.

The towel isn't huge, but it's just the right size for a kid to be able to lay down on it comfortably.

Curly Straws

What kid doesn't love a good curly straw? These are nice bright neon colors that will make sipping your lemonade a bit more fun. I like that the little watermelon and JoJo pieces can come off and are interchangeable.

Ice Cube Tray

How cute are these bow-shaped ice cube molds? These are made of soft silicone, so popping the ice cubes out will be super easy. Another perfect summer item!

JoJo Charm

The last item in the box is this JoJo charm. Each quarterly box comes with a charm to add to the bracelet that came in the very first box. We didn't receive the first box so we don't have one, but I was actually able to order a charm bracelet for my daughter here. It hasn't arrived yet, but it will be great to add this to our bracelet when it comes.

Verdict: I love how perfectly The JoJo Siwa Box combined summer items with JoJo Siwa's style. This made for a really, bright, fun box. This box cost us $37 ($30+ $7 shipping) and we received a total of 7 items which is an average of $5.29 per item. The box has a promised value of $60 and while this merchandise was all incredibly cute and exclusive, I'm not sure I feel like I received that full value. I really liked all of the items and I do think that each item was at least worth the average cost of $5.29, so I still feel that it was worth the cost of the box.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes, as of now, the summer box is still on sale@!

Value Breakdown: This box costs $30 + $7 shipping, which means that each of the 7 items in the box has an average cost of $5.29.

I am a homeschooling mom to 4 kids; 1 girl and 3 boys. While I have been reviewing boxes since 2018 and I love the luxury of trying new products, I'm also balancing it out by dabbling in a little bit of homesteading, too. We now have 4 chickens and a rabbit and my sourdough starter is going strong! I love learning about new brands and sharing the great things I find with others in hopes that they find something new to love or to fit their needs!

I’m trying to sign up now but smallest size is 8/10 and my daughter a 6 slim. Maybe she can use it as night gown lol

This arrived on my daughter’s first day of school. It was a great treat for her. She loved everything in it. I think the value was good

This is obviously an expensive indulgence but what little girl in her fan base wouldn’t be thrilled with it all. Like Christmas in whatever month it arrives.

Obviously one can buy items in the box for less money so I think of it more as an experience than a purchase of tangible items. If the towel doesn’t work as a beach towel, I am sure it would work as a bath towel anyway – good size to wrap around a kid when they emerge from the bath sopping wet

Your little girl is adorable by the way. 🙂

These items are all exclusive to the box. And Jojo stuff is expensive (why, I have no idea). I think for $37 this is a pretty good deal, especially being quarterly. Jojo bows at Justice or Claires are about $17 a piece. You can of course find cheaper ones, but they’re usually a bit plainer. My 13-year old neighbor who babysits for me has at least 50 bows, and she was thrilled to get things you can’t get in the stores. It feels special.

You can get Jojo bows at JCPenney for about $10, and not just the plain ones. That said, this box is super cute and I’m just glad my daughter doesn’t know about it. She has enough Jojo stuff as it is.

Aww, thanks! 😊 Yes, this box is definitely an indulgence, but one that’s sure to please any young JoJo fans!

My girls loved this box, but I agree that it didn’t seem to hit the mark value-wise. They’re still really happy with their items, so I guess that’s all that matters!

I will say, previous boxes tops were a tad small, but it seems like this time they’ve made them more true to size.

Hi Amber,

Thanks for sharing that you thought the tops were true to size! I wasn’t sure how to remark on that since this time it fit my daughter well even though I expected it to be big on her. I think she’s just actually grown into the size! 😩 lol.
