BuddhiBox is a monthly subscription box for yogis. Every month, they send products to enhance your yoga practice and lifestyle. They only partner with businesses that follow ethical and conscious standards of production. Additionally, a portion of all boxes sold goes to benefit a nonprofit.
This box was sent to us at no cost for review purposes. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).
BuddhiBox also offers a Jewelry Box and Essentials Oils options. Check out our reviews of those boxes here!

BuddhiBox Yoga July 2018 Box Review
BuddhiBox always includes a card with a mantra or saying on it. On the reverse is this month's packing list. Notice that most of the products are cruelty-free, organic, vegan, or more than one!
There's also usually a card featuring a yoga pose—this is the first month since I've been reviewing this box that they have strayed from the featured pose! Instead, they included these two beautiful cards that depict acupressure points on the hand and foot. They could be used as art or as postcards!
LUNA Wake Up! Energy Burst Citrus & Eucalyptus Aromatherapy Spray, 4 oz. — Retail Value $12.96
To kick things off this month, we have an aromatherapy spray with a super refreshing scent of citrus and eucalyptus. It can be used as a room freshener, a pillow spray, or even on your skin—its ingredients are simple and feature essential oils.
I was so pleased to see this charity pledge right on the bottle. This product is also made in the USA, cruelty-free, and vegan: all things I look for in home and body products.
Black Onyx Bracelet — Listed Value $25.00
BuddhiBox tends to do boho-inspired jewelry well. Some of you may be familiar with the quarterly BuddhiBox Jewelry box (here's August's box review), which often carries items similar to this black beaded bracelet. I love the little gold gingko leaf pendant on this adjustable piece.
Ohm Shoppe Singing Bowl – Retail Value $19.98, Listed Value $35.00
Oh man oh man, I've always wanted a singing bowl—their sound is so soothing and they're an awesome tool to set the mood for a meditation. This one is beautiful—I love its hammered bowl and the colors in its cloth holder.
Here are directions for use and a note from the Ohm Store owners. Very helpful!
White Selenite Massage Wand — Listed Value $15.00
I've received selenite stones in several different shapes/forms from BuddhiBoxes and each time have learned so much about the different uses and energies it takes. It seems like such an exceedingly positive spiritual tool! I learned this time around that massage wand such as this can be placed along the spine to help align chakras. I have a close friend who is working to become a certified Reiki master, and I think I'll give this to him for inspiration along his journey!
Spirit Reiki Candle – Listed Value $6.00
I've received spirit candles in various different colors (I think they're meant to represent chakras, but I'm not sure what this pink one would associate with—maybe root chakra?) from BuddhiBoxes past and they're quite nice to have around. Often they come with a little slip of paper that explains how to charge them with positive energy before lighting, but I think simply setting an intention on your own would do the trick!
be™ Protein Energy Meal in Vanilla, 1.3 oz. — Retail Value $2.99
I'm always interested in trying new protein powders, especially if they're low in sugar like this one is! I haven't tried it yet because it touts itself as a meal replacement drink, and I'm currently breastfeeding so I want to stick to whole foods. Actually, their website specifically says it's good for "non-nursing moms on the go," so even if I were inclined to try this right away, I like that they address that it's not advised for nursing mamas! I love that this product is plant-based and has 20g of protein. I can't wait to try it down the line!
The Verdict: I'm happy with the variety in this month's BuddhiBox. I'm particularly amped about the singing bowl and excited to make my friend's day with the selenite wand. The other products are more typical of what you'd find in an average BuddhiBox, but they support the main items nicely. Using a combo of retail values and list prices where retail values weren't available, the contents of this box add up to an estimated total of $81.93. I found this month's box to be a great value!
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, you will receive the September box. Order by the 8th of the month to receive that month's box.
Value Breakdown: This box costs $34.95 + $5 shipping, which means that each of the 6 items in the box (not including the postcards) has an average cost of $6.65.
