Heads up – the time frame for boxes to ship out is one month.

I had gotten an editor’s box over the winter and it arrived in about a week.
Cancelled with the Spring box and reupped because the summer looked great.
Did not receive any notification that the shipping window had changed so am still waiting for the summer editor’s box that I ordered more than 3 weeks ago to ship out. It’s going to arrive about the time everything gears up for the fall. :/ So glad I didn’t order a beach towel.

Feels like they are using this to motivate people to sign up for the annual subscription. It’s great product and all, but after that initial new member deal, the seasonal subscription doesn’t feels so great.

I’m glad you had a good experience. Did you sign up for select or seasonal? I signed up for seasonal on June 21st. CS provided a link that shows my box shipped on July 18 and tracking has expected arrival of July 27. I ordered in part to give to family that is here from out of the country and leaves on Monday.

That was my experience with the winter box (received in about a week) I am in NY however ordered mine over 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t even shipped out yet. I spoke/chatted with their CS several times and they said there was a change with the Summer and that now, boxes ship within a month of ordering (I’m guessing this is limited to the Editor’s box since the regular has a schedule?)

I ordered thinking there would be plenty of time to receive to give gifts to family here visiting.

Do you live in CA? CA residents seem to often get theirs really fast because they ship from there. Otherwise it seems to take 1-2 weeks to ship and another 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on where you are in the US (Canada takes even longer).

My summer box took 10 days to ship and another nearly 2 weeks to arrive. My summer editor’s box I purchased after the initial rush and it arrived much faster – more like 4 days to ship and another 10 or so to arrive.

The deals are good enough that I don’t mind the wait, but I do assume it’ll take up to a month for my box to arrive and make my picks and add-ons assuming that. Then again, I live in the land of near eternal summer so I don’t mind getting summer items in July or August. I may feel differently when my winter items take forever to arrive. IMHO, it’s a great sub, but assume 3-4 weeks to get the box unless you live on the west coast.

They’re talking about adding a warehouse on the east coast in the future, but it’s just talk, no guarantees at this point. It’d be nice to get boxes faster for sure, but I’m ok with it either way.

Oh poo! Glad you made this comment! I was pretty sure they weren’t going to give out the Foreo for $30.. but I was still curious about tryna sign up! That box isn’t worth it for me w. Out the Foreo! So sad the summer box sold out before I got the chance (& money) to sign up 🙁 even the original summer editors box w. The Foreo didn’t seem great to me so I passed on it too! Only the ACTUAL summer box caught my attention but I was too late!!!

I have the summer box and I would love to sell that. Haven’t used anything. Let me know if you interested in getting it.

Seems like a great deal. I wonder why annual subscriptions are excluded. They seem to want to bulk up their seasonal subs.

I wonder if you get the items pictured or if there is a customization section.

Whomever gets this box I hope you enjoy it.

I think annual subs are excluded because you already get a $20 discount for an annual sub. You can sign up seasonal though with a discount and then upgrade to an annual and save another $20 at any time. Just be aware when you upgrade you are committing to an additional 4 boxes – so 5 total (29.99 plus the 180 for annual) vs just signing up annual right off the bat which is 4 boxes (180 total).
