It really does look as if OP is making an effort to improve their boxes and image. I hope it works. I’m still glad I got out when I did. And I have absolutely no FOMO. I am amazed that anyone new subscribed after all the bitter comments.

I’m really very excited for this box! I picked the black bucket bag. How fun! I’m really pretty excited for this box. I feel like OuiPlease has upped their game lately.
I know many have complained about customer service and damaged or missing product… but I have to say (knock on wood) I have had great luck and been satisfied with this sub. I have had issues before (just like with any sub) but contacting customer service may be slow, but I’ve always had my issue resolved.
I’m not sure I will re-up when my full year is up in a few boxes from now, but maybe I will if more boxes come like this!! 🙂
