This box comes with a magazine detailing each of the items included.

It details the items included and also provides background on some of the featured makers and designers.

And for the Pinterest 100 box, there’s a page listing out the 100 top Pinterest trends of 2018:

Each item was selected by FabFitFun + Pinterest to match one of the 100 trends!

Now, time for the items! (I’ll list out the Pinterest trend each item corresponds to, too.)

B-low The Belt Studded Clutch – Retail Value $72

(Subscribers will either receive this clutch, or the Summer & Rose Ombre Scarf.)

I legit thought this was real leather when I saw it – it’s a very well done vegan-leather material. It’s accented with rose gold and silver studs:

Pinterest Trend: Mixed Metals!

And inside it is completely lined with a zippered pocket. Here it is in hand to give you a better sense of scale:

Since I normally wear black clothing, I thought it would be fun to mix it up and go with a bold dress and black accessories. (Let me know if you have any suggestions on what you’d wear with this clutch!)

(The clutch measures 7″ X 11″)

Talking Tables Dipstick Charades – Retail Value $14.99

Pinterest Trend: Trivia Night!

I’m not sure if I’m in the minority on this one, but I love charades! And how cute is this packaging? This is something I plan on keeping out on our coffee table!

This set features 160 charade sticks featuring movies, tv shows, etc.

Here it is in hand to give you a better sense of scale:

The compact size would make it easy to throw in your suitcase, too. (I’m totally picturing a family reunion at a beach house scenario!)

Pier 1 Imports Sage Vase – Retail Value $19.99

Pinterest Trend: Sage!

I didn’t know the color Sage was trending, but I’m digging it! Add simple lines and a rose gold base, and you’ve got the perfect vase in my opinion! Oh, and don’t forget the flowers:

This vase measures 3.15″Dia x 10.75″H. It’s so perfect for taking a cheap bouquet of flowers from Trader Joes and making the flowers look sophisticated!

R+Co Acid Wash ACV Cleansing Rinse – Retail Value $32

Pinterest Trend: Hair Health!

I really love the R+Co brand – their haircare products all smell SO good. I was expecting this one to not smell good because of the vinegar, but the vinegar is actually pretty subtle! If you aren’t familiar with Apple Cider Vinegar rinses, they are a great way to remove product buildup from your hair. And this rinse is easy to use – wet hair in the shower,  apply it directly to your scalp, massage into hair, leave in for 1-3 minutes, then rinse. (Then follow with shampoo + conditioner.)

Tarte Lifted Sweatproof Mascara – Retail Value $23

Pinterest Trend: Lashes!

If you’ve read a lot of my subscription box reviews, you may already know that Tarte’s Lights, Camera, Lashes mascara is my all-time favorite mascara. This formula is new to me, and I’m really impressed! (It’s a close second to Lights, Camera, Lashes!) I had no clumping issues and I was able to build good volume and length. Plus, I love the black/brown color for a more natural look.

LORAC Pro Matte Lip Color in Rose – Retail Value $19

(You’ll receive this color or the Nude shade.)

Pinterest Trend: Lip Tints!

The pigment is great on this lipstick, and this is a matte finish that isn’t drying! It felt great on my lips. It doesn’t have the staying power of some liquid lipsticks, but it wears down nicely. Here it is swatched:

Kopari Coconut Multitasking Kit – Retail Value $40

Pinterest Trend: Oils!

I was SO pumped to see this in the box! If you aren’t familiar, Kopari is an amazing ingredient-conscious beauty brand that is all about coconut oil.

Kopari Body Glow

This is perfect for summer! It’s a super shimmery body oil that smells incredible! The oil absorbs quickly, too. (And it’s the perfect size to take on vacation.)

Kopari Coconut Balm

This is a fab multi-use balm. Cuticles, elbows, anywhere you need intense hydration! (And a little goes a long way!)

Kopari Coconut Sheer Oil

This is a lightweight oil that can be used for both face and hair. And just like everything else in this box, it smells amazing. (Think coconut, tropical, and beachy!)

Kopari Coconut Melt

Lastly, we have this pure 100% coconut oil balm.

It melts with contact of your skin, and Kopari recommends using this for everything from deep conditioning your hair to all-over skin moisture, to treating under eyes.

The Jetset Diaries Passport Case + Luggage Duo – Retail Value $28

Pinterest Trend: Travel Journals!

I recently bought a gold carry-on suitcase so it would standout in a sea of black suitcases to be easier to spot at the airport, and this tag matches perfectly!

This set includes a luggage tag and passport case in white with rose gold accents.

Simple and cute!

I’ve received a few passport cases in subscription boxes now, and I just realized I haven’t gone anywhere outside of the US (besides Canada) in the past 10 years. (My passport is officially expired!) Time to get a new one and plan for some overseas trip in the next few years 🙂

KPOP Food Sea Snacks – Retail Value $1.08

Pinterest Trend: Korean Condiments!

These are organic, gluten-free, and vegan!

They are made with just 4 ingredients: seaweed, sunflower oil, sesame oil, and sea salt. these were delicious and great for a salty + low-cal snack! (Only 30 calories in the entire pack!)

Verdict: This box has a retail value of $250.07 depending on your choices.! I think that’s amazing for a $49.99 box. There are 4 fabulous beauty brands in this box (including that amazing Kopari set), and I like that they included a home item and a game in this box, too.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes! Make sure to use coupon code PINTEREST10 to get this box for only $39.99. Or if you are already a FabFitFun subscriber, you can buy this in the shop!

COUPON –  Use coupon code PINTEREST10 to get this box + save $10!

  1. Definitely don’t think of pinterest when I see these items (as an avid pinterest user for uhm I don’t know how many years) but the box overall seems decent.

  2. I don’t understand the Kopari products. I have been obsessing to try them and bought the box just for those products. I opened the body oil first and it doesn’t have a smell. Liz says it smells beachy and the product packaging says that too. What am I missing? Any help would be appreciated.

    • I expected it to smell like coconut oil, but It has a strange smell that I don’t like at all. I loved the summer box but this was very disappointing.

  3. Has anyone ever received something from FFF that was damaged and/or unsealed where it looks like it could have been used? What did you do about it…?

    • I had a clutch in a FFF box once that arrived with an ink spot on it, and I emailed customer service. They were absolutely amazing about it. I sent a pic of the defect and they immediately sent me a replacement! I hope that helps.

      • I received used Sol de Janeiro lip butter from them. Still waiting for replacement to be sent. I worked so hard to get this little yellow thing as add-on. So the answer is Yes, definitely.

  4. Love your reviews and loved this box! Made my day and feel pampered!

  5. This box looks great! But your dress…it’s so pretty! If you don’t mind me asking is it still available for purchase?

  6. I dunno how you do it, Liz, but you get me so hyped. I swear if you reviewed exercise I’d do it every day. The flowers and pot look so lovely together!

    • Haha! 🙂 Funny you say exercise. I need motivation to do that, too, and we have a REALLY exciting MSA event happening in July. More details coming soon! 🙂

  7. This is a great box! I’m hoping my budget will allow it before it sells out!

I’m going for the black envelope bag, as I usually carry a honking big bag and really like using a small strapless bag inside to keep stuff within easy reach.

$200 worth of products for $40? Oh yes! Thanks for the disccode Liz- it’s much appreciated!

  8. I already swapped the vase and scarf!

  9. The code didn’t work. Does it only work for new subscribers? :o(

  10. I agree, Liz. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the leather with the clutch! I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the “B Low the Belt” belts from the previous season’s box… so I was worried, but it looks top notch. I was so excited for this box!

  11. May be the last normal FFF box if the choice surveys are any indication.

  12. Liz you have such a gift of making the most inane things seem great. I had zero interest in this box, but you make this look like such a winner that I’m torn!

    • I was thinking the same thing!

  13. Not a single thing I want.

  14. A lot of the trend themes seem kind of forced. How are lashes a trend?

    • How is anything a trend anymore? Just because a bunch of people on Instagram show a picture of something? I don’t get it. I don’t want to look like everyone else or go to a function where everyone is wearing a maxi dress because it ” on trend” . Sorry to go off on a tangent but what happen to having things you like instead of what the masses like”

I never want to be ” on trend”

    • Had the same thoughts going through. Lol

  15. My box will be here tomorrow! I chose the scarf. I’m gifting the scarf, mascara, vase, and charades. The rest is all mine!! It might take me a while to get up the nerve to try the seaweed snacks

    • They are sooo yummy. I just got my 11 yr old hooked on them. He threw up at first but now is obssesed!

      • Lol “he threw up at first”

  16. I am so happy I snagged one of these boxes!! I cannot wait to receive it!! This review just made me even more hyped to get it!!

    • I agree, this is an AMAZING Box – I am actually more excited about this box than the Summer one! Can’t wait!

    • Yay! It’s such a great box! 🙂

    • Me too! I chose the scarf. I love that mascara, and Kopari is great stuff.
