Bianca Jade MizzFit Box #Miz19 for Quarterly Co. Review

Bianca Jade MizzFit Quarterly Co Info packet

There are several sheets that come in a blue folder that talk about all of the included products in the form of a letter from Bianca Jade herself.

envelope of special offers

Next, there's an envelope with a couple of vouchers.

VHPGo & Chaise Fitness 2 Week Trial Coupon info on VHPGo & Chaise Fitness 2 Week Trial

The first one is for a 2-week trial membership for the virtual fitness program from VHPGO and Chaise Fitness.

Visakai leggings info Coupon for free Visakai tank top

Then there's a coupon code to claim a free tank with the purchase of a pair of Visakai leggings. The tank has a $38.00 value but since you have to make a purchase to collect it, I won't be including that in the total value of the box.

TheraBand High Intensity Resistance Band in package TheraBand High Intensity Resistance Band close up of TheraBand High Intensity Resistance Band

TheraBand Heavy Resistance Band (Green), about 5 ft. - Estimated Retail Value $4.73 (Buy a 6 yd roll for $16.99)

I've always seen these bands around for strength building, especially in physical therapy. They come in rolls so you can have these in virtually any size. They've sent one about 5 ft long in the "heavy resistance" version to use in tandem with the 2-week pass to VHPGO/Chaise Fitness. As the info booklet explains, these bands are an alternative to using weights but can also be used to help stretch and improve range of motion. Those last two are things I really need help with!

Coby USA Rugged Bluetooth Travel Speaker box Coby USA Rugged Bluetooth Travel Speaker and USB charging cord

other side and clip for Coby USA Rugged Bluetooth Travel Speaker

Coby USA Rugged Bluetooth Travel Speaker suction cup  Coby USA Rugged Bluetooth Travel Speaker with charging cord plugged in

Coby IXP7 Suction Cup Bluetooth Speaker in Red - Retail Value $19.99

It looks like this speaker is different than the one described in the literature because it doesn't have a flashlight, but never the less, I was able to find it online. The whole thing is about 3.5 inches in diameter and it features a suction cup on the back so you can stick it to a shower wall or pool. The sound quality isn't great (as expected) but it will certainly do the trick to pump up the jams during my morning shower. It comes with its own USB charging cable, and buttons to power on/off, skip tracks, and for volume while being water resistant.

Wrapped Coconut Bowl Coconut Bowl bottom of Coconut Bowl

Coconut Bowl - Retail Value $12.95

This is pretty cool! I've never used a coconut shell bowl like this one but Bianca talks about coming across these at a juice bar as a serving vessel for her fruit and yogurt breakfast. The bowl is 5.25 inches in diameter and about 2.5 inches deep, so you can really pack a lot of tasty healthy things in there. My roommate cooks a lot and is a lot healthier than me and I knew this would be right up his alley. He got really excited when I showed it to him and he uses it for weighing food and his morning yogurt bowls that he fills with nuts, oats, and honey. Plus this is super environmentally-friendly!

Invia Life Supplement Powder box back of Invia Life Supplement Powder box Invia Life Supplement Powder packets

Invia Life Mental Performance Supplement in Mixed Berry, 15 packets - Retail Value $28.95

I find it really hard to remember to take my supplements every day. I even brought the bottles of pill-form vitamins to work so I have to look at them on my desk and I still space on doing it most days. Invia believes these packets (the box has 15) of berry flavored powder improve brain power and mental performance. I haven't been remembering to add these to water for long enough to notice any improvements (ha, ironic, right?) but I certainly could stand to get help with focus and concentration. The mixed berry flavor is pretty good though and contains Vitamin E, B6, and B12. If you like the results, there is also a 20% off code to buy more on their site.

Optimum Nutrition Protein Almonds Optimum Nutrition Protein Almonds in coconut bowl

Optimum Nutrition Protein Almonds in Dark Chocolate, 1.5 oz. - Buy a box of 12 for $26.99

Goodness, these are tasty! I immediately consumed the entire pack of these and would love to have them as a staple of my daily food intake. The 1.5 oz package is perfect to toss in your bag for snacking later instead of reaching for chips or candy. Each pack contains 10g of protein and 1g of sugar.

Emani Cosmetics Perfect 10 Primer Serum Emani Cosmetics Perfect 10 Primer Serum with cap off

Emani Cosmetics Perfect 10 Primer Serum, 1.35 oz. - Retail Value $34.00 (found here for $26.01)

This 100% vegan serum has quite a nice bottle and I love that they've matched the color to some of the active ingredients like avocado and aloe. The serum is a really light cream that can be added to your moisturizer or applied directly to your face after cleansing and before your makeup routine. It has a very non-threatening scent and absorbs rather quickly to help give my skin a little extra hydration and glow. While I have a lot of serums in my beauty queue right now, I'll be keeping this one around to cycle through.

Avarelle Acne Cover Patches back of Avarelle Acne Cover Patches Avarelle Acne Cover Patches close up of Avarelle Acne Cover Patches

Avarelle Acne Cover Patches - Retail Value $12.95

I am super lucky to have naturally blemish-free skin and very rarely get pimples. Of course, right before receiving this box, I got the beginning bump of something lurking under my skin. I must have been stressed out or trying too many products at once! I popped one of these super thin clear patches over it before bed and left it on while I slept. These can be used during the day as I could honestly barely see it and can even have makeup added overtop of it to protect a pimple from more irritation. While this didn't clear up my blemish overnight, it did keep it free of anything that could have added to the trouble. I'll hold on to these to see how they can help me in dire times.

The Perfect V Gentle Exfoliator Cream back of The Perfect V Gentle Exfoliator Cream

The Perfect V Gentle Exfoliator Cream - Retail Value $34.00

Thank goodness I read directions carefully because I ALMOST glossed over the intended area for this exfoliator by using on my face. While I know it can be hard to discretely describe a whole line of beauty products for your nether region, they do a good job keeping it classy by just simply calling this a "VV cream". Yep, this is specifically for exfoliating the skin around (and only on the outside of) your lady parts. This is a hard one to measure effectiveness for personally, but I've been using this in my shower routine (though not daily- it's suggested to use 2-3 times per week). I feel like this product will be more helpful in the dry winter season. I'm not sure this is super necessary but it's fun to be exposed to things I never knew existed.

Pink Mini Makeup Eraser in package Pink Mini Makeup Eraser directions Pink Mini Makeup Eraser other side of Pink Mini Makeup Eraser in package

Mini Makeup Eraser in Pink - Retail Value $12.00

I happened to recently see this as I was poking around Sephora and thought the packaging was just adorable. Since this is called the makeup eraser, they've made the package look like the classic pink chunky erasers I had in grade school. Ha! Another product I didn't know existed until recently are these makeup removing cloths that don't use any product, just extremely fine fibers that grab all of the product from your pores after adding warm water. This mini version is ultra-soft and about the size and shape of an eye mask. This really does work which is some sort of witchcraft in my book, but I do still feel the need to cleanse after getting the initial makeup off. This is machine washable so you can use it over and over!

Verdict: This was my first MizzFit Box and I have to say that I'm pretty impressed! I think it does a great job of hitting a bunch of areas that a lifestyle and wellness box should, like beauty, health, and fitness with a touch of other useful items. Even though the products ran a wide gamut, it still seemed cohesive to me instead of totally random like many boxes. I received a total of 9 items (not including the 2-week fitness pass) for a value of at least $159.57.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Unfortunately, this box is sold out, but sign up today to lock in August as your first delivery. You won't be billed until it ships.

Value Breakdown: This box costs $49.00 + $8.00 shipping. Not all of the items were available online with the correct size, but you can average each item to be $6.33 which is amazing seeing as though even the cheapest items were at least $12.00.

I think this box is lame. I never really like anything in it and that v exfoliator is ridiculous like really I don’t think I’d be very comfortable exfoliating down there!

Looks like a great box but I’d seriously be at risk for anaphylaxis with that Theraband in there. This makes me wary.

That coconut bowl is interesting and it’s something I’ve never seen in a subscription box. It’s so cool!

This looks like a great box – I think I’m going to take the leap!

Nice review but why oh why do we have to scroll through all the paperwork?

Marne Orenich

Oh, believe me, I know it looks so boring compared to the actual items, but we like to include every aspect of the box so that readers can get as much of the experience as possible. There’s info in there that I don’t always touch on and it’s good to show how much literature comes with the box as well. I do wish they at least put it in a booklet form instead of loose paper though.

I scroll right through that part too. Too bad there’s not a way to put all the paperwork pictures in one box (or section) and have the option to scroll left and right to flip through each pic. That would be nice for items that come in different shades or colors like the FFF clutch from the spring box scroll left and right to see the different designs.

I like seeing the paperwork.

Sometimes the paperwork is helpful. It’s easy to scroll past if you aren’t interested.

Great review Marne, under the makeup eraser it says it grabs the product from your “pours”. After my last breakout my pores feel like pours now.

Haha- I did happen to catch that one, but a bit too late. All fixed now!

I really love getting this box. It’s always filled with interesting items. I use almost everything and love the skincare she selects. Those almonds though- I could eat those for dessert and I love that they only have 1g of sugar!
