Uncorked Box April 2018 Review
Each month there is an info card with box contents on the back and on the front, the box theme. This month’s theme is “Make It Rain Champagne”, too funny!
Champagne Glass
This little champagne glass is so cute! It says, "Make It Rain Champagne," this month's theme. I love the pink and gold colors so much. I think this would make a wonderful gift, but I wish it came as a set instead of just one.
Cocktail Napkins
Pop The Bubbly! I love these napkins so much I decided to bring them with me to my brother's wedding for the bridesmaids to use while we were getting ready the morning of. They are festive and feminine with a cute little saying on it. Perfect to have on hand when enjoying a glass of champagne!
Slant Collections Ring Shot Glass - Retail Value $5 (currently sold out)
I have never seen anything like this before! I wish I knew about these for my bachelorette party or for my sister-in-law's, these would have been a great gift for all of the ladies. The glass doesn't really act as a ring very well so this is more of a "put it on for a cute picture" type of item, but I still think it is extremely cute!
Slant Collections Enamel Phone Ring
This is another really cute champagne item! This is a decorative ring for your phone with a pink and gold champagne bottle on it. My toddler uses my phone a lot so I don't know if having this on it for him to swing and throw is the best idea. My cousin is turning 21 soon so I am going to gift this to her because I know she will absolutely love it!
Emergency Rain Poncho
I must say, I was a little confused by this disposable poncho. I mean, I get how it matches with the theme sort of, "Make It Rain Champagne," you will need a poncho if it rains. However, the item still feels a bit out of place and rather cheap. I would have loved to see something more champagne themed that I could use.
Verdict: I love this month's theme of champagne, a fun change from the normal wine theme each month. Pink and gold are a great color combination which I always love together! Even if I don't keep each of the items for myself, they will all make wonderful gifts for friends. The one item I didn't love was the rain poncho, but I could see my younger-self thinking it was a fun way to bring the whole theme together. I am excited to see what next month's theme will be!
