April 2018 Menlo Club Review

This month’s delivery was straightforward – a new pair of shoes!

New Republic Shoes

I believe this is my first pair of New Republic shoes – and I really couldn’t be happier with them.

It’s an all-white exterior design with a bit of a leather look to the finish.

Inside is a plush suede lining – very nice.

While there’s nothing too flashy on the outside, they fit perfectly and are comfortable – and I happen to love that clean look in a shoe anyways, so I was VERY happy with this basic everyday show.

No Show Socks

To go with your low-top shoes, you’ll get a pair of no-show socks.

These are a 92/8 cotton/spandex blend – and are extremely low-top.

They’re almost like a bootie – but are comfortable and breathable.

There’s a little bit of a grippy portion at the heel to keep them up. I’ve been wearing multiple pairs of these for the past two days and haven’t had issues with them falling down, or with my shoes digging into my heels.

Verdict: As the weather is turning, this just felt like the perfect Spring/Summer delivery. The shoes are fantastic and I’m always happy to find some no-show socks in a subscription box – something that isn’t super common. This month was a big win!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? All Menlo Club deliveries are based on your profile, so you’re not guaranteed to get the same delivery as me.
