Let’s see what styles I received in April!

Piped Wrap Dress in Night Sky, Size 12 - Cost to Keep: $39

If I look uncomfortable in this dress it is because I was. I love a good wrap dress, but sometimes the fit can be a bit off requiring pins and tank tops. Unfortunately for this dress, the front v-neck came down very low but I was without a safety pin to make this look presentable. I am basically holding the dress to the side here to keep the dress up. Overall though this dress was lovely! I love the night sky color paired with the red piping, and the poly/spandex blend makes this dress just glide along with you. I think though, even with a safety pin, I wouldn't feel secure and comfortable wearing this dress to work or a function in fear that it would bust open.

Stitch Striped Sweater Dress in Night Sky, Size L - Cost to Keep: $55.50

This dress is a dream! I love the stitch detail and the deep blue color. The sleeves and neckline give it that retro style that I adore while still feeling modern. The only reason why I'm not keeping this dress is that it feels very much a fall or winter style rather than for spring or summer, which is the season we are heading into here in Pittsburgh. The fabric is very thick and made of a rayon, nylon, and spandex blend. The fabric is sturdy with that little bit of stretch, and I could see this pairing so nicely with a pair of black tights. It just isn't a style that I would keep right now.

Tie Wrap Front Cardigan in Grey Stone Heather, Size L - Cost to Keep: $26.50

I have tried so many wrap front cardigans in the past few months, and they always seem to fall a bit flat for me. The style is either way too tight or a bit too bulky and boxy for me like this style. The cardigan itself is beautiful and such high quality, made of an acrylic, nylon, wool, and spandex blend. The overall fit was just a bit too bulky for me, especially if I decided to layer it over a dress or with a skirt. Plus, we are heading into warmer seasons now so I don't know if I would get a ton of wear out of it right away.

The Verdict: This month's Infinite Style by Ann Taylor felt very fall and winter focused. I looked through my closet to see if I needed to do a little refresh, which I would recommend to anyone entering a new season because it does look like this month's box pulled from older styles I had added. Each piece was beautiful and very well-made, I know these are styles that, if I kept them, would last me over the years. Unfortunately, each item was something that I couldn't see myself wearing in the near future which made me less excited about purchasing or even wearing for the rental period. The one thing that I did take away this month, though, is that Ann Taylor continues to delight me with such high-quality items in styles that are uniquely timeless!

To Wrap Up:

Can I still get this box if I sign up today? Each box is customized for you so a box will ship within a few days of building your closet profile!

Value Breakdown: This box costs me $95, but I received a total of three styles to try in the month of April. I can wear and return for free. If I decide to keep the items from this month, I would pay $121 on top of the styling fee.

Wow. Doesn’t seem like much of a deal. You could have essentially bought the items to keep (and potentially resell yourself) for another like $26 instead of just having the items for one month.

Thanks for your post! I think this box is best as more of a rental service rather than something you plan on trying and purchasing. I have been able to wear a few items to an event and then return, which is wonderful because I don’t have to make a big purchase of something that I won’t wear again.

No, she would pay $216 for the entire box. $121 on TOP of the $95 fee.

I love wrap sweaters, too! My tip is to check dance companies like Danskin or Capezio because this is a style they often stock. I got some on sale on Black Friday and I love wearing them over dresses!

That is a great idea! I think the ones I have tried were too bulky or just too expensive. Thanks for your post!

That first dress looks like a bathrobe :/

The second dress is super flattering – hope you can find it on sale and grab for next fall!

Thank you for your post! I honestly thought about styling that first dress with a tee and jeans, sort of like a lightweight jacket because as a dress it was just not working.
