BuddhiBox is a monthly subscription box for yogis. Every month, they send products to enhance your yoga practice and lifestyle. They only partner with businesses that follow ethical and conscious standards of production. Additionally, a portion of all boxes sold goes to benefit a nonprofit.
BuddhiBox also offers a Jewelry Box and Essentials Oils options. Check out our reviews of those boxes here!

BuddhiBox Yoga May 2018 Box Review
BuddhiBox always includes a card with a mantra or saying on it. On the reverse is this month's packing list. Notice that most of the products are cruelty-free, organic, vegan, or more than one!
There's also usually a card featuring a yoga pose. This month's pose is the forward fold. The back side of the card talks about the Sanskrit word for the post (Uttanasana) and what it means, how to access the pose, and the benefits.
Delia Organics Refresh Facial Mist with Peppermint, 2 fl oz — Retail Value $20.00
This alcohol-free spray is a light blend of peppermint essential oil and distilled water. It's 100% natural and organic. Its suggested use is as a refreshing face spray, and indeed it is refreshing! I don't often think to use something like a face spray throughout my day, so I might combine this blend into a larger spray bottle to make homemade bug spray with other ingredients.
GLOW Inspire Body Butter, 0.7 oz — Listed Value $12.00 (Buy a 2.5 oz jar here for $16.00)
This body butter is in a nice travel-size jar, perfect for tossing into your purse. Its scent is wonderfully floral, and the cream itself is very smooth and easily absorbed. This product is paraben free, phthalate free, cruelty-free, gluten-free, and made in the USA. All things I look for in beauty products! My only complaint is that the listed value seems a bit high, given that a jar more than double the size is only $4 more.
Oiliving Life Up'Go Energizing Spray, 1 oz - Listed Value $12.00 (Buy a 4 oz bottle here for $18.99)
I've begun to gather quite the collection of Oiliving Life sprays through my BuddhiBox subscription and I'm in awe of just how many different scents they offer! This is another energizing spray made with a blend of peppermint, lemongrass, bergamot, rosemary, and several citrus oils. Actually, a lot of these oils are what I planned on adding into the homemade bug repellant I mentioned above, and while that's not a suggested use for this spray, I do wonder if it would work! It seems like an awfully similar concept to the above peppermint spray—I wish BuddhiBox had gotten a little more creative with this one.
They also included a coupon card for 20% your order from Oiliving Life.
Matr Boomie Copper Bell — Retail Value $18.20
This is the second time I've received a handmade bell in a BuddhiBox, and I'm really excited about it! I loved reading about ancient bell-making on the included info tag and I just think they're so beautiful with their rustic look. The beads looked like plastic at first glance, but I now see that they're ceramic. Beautiful! I think I'll hang this bell on my front doorknob with the other bell I own so that they can chime against one another.
Evnea Wellness Organic Greek Mountain Tea Sample — Listed Value $16.00
I love loose-leaf tea, but the first thing I noticed about this sample is that it comes in a plastic bag that's not re-sealable. That's a bummer since there's no way I'll drink this much tea in one sitting or even one day. For that reason, I'm hesitant to open it and make a mess before I'm really ready to give it a try. It's also listed as being valued at $16, which I would never pay for a sample this small if I were out shopping for myself. The package tells that the contents are Olympus mountain tea, lemon balm, sage, and peppermint, which does sound really refreshing to drink in the morning or for an afternoon pick-me-up.
Original Way Honey Calcite Crystal – Listed Price $6.00
This crystal takes a really cool shape that I wish I could have better portrayed in the photo. If I hadn't known, I'd have guessed that this is citrine—it has a very similar look. Honey calcite is said to facilitate the harnessing of one's personal power, encourage self-worth, and assist you in the learning of new things and developing new skills. It strikes me as an empowering stone to have around at all times!
Bonus: Free 30-Day trial of Online Yoga
Finally, BuddhiBox included a card offering a free 30 days of yoga with youryogaflow.com. I usually have no problem finding yoga I enjoy doing for free on YouTube, but for those looking for a one-stop shop, this is a great offer!
The Verdict: Overall I'm happy with this month's BuddhiBox, though I would have liked to have seen another product in place of one of the energizing sprays. I'm really hyped about the bell, though! This box costs $34.95 plus $5 shipping (so $39.95 total). Using a combo of retail values and list prices where retail values weren't available, the contents of this box add up to a total of $84.20. I will say that seems a little high given how small some of the sample size products were, but if it's accurate, it's a great value.
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, you will receive the June box. Order by the 8th of the month to receive that month's box.
Value Breakdown: This box cost me $34.95 + $5 shipping, which means that each of the 6 items in the box has an average cost of $6.66.
