How Do You Say I Love You by Hannah Eliot - Retail Value $7.18
This might be the sweetest book I have ever seen! Not only are the illustrations so beautiful, but the meaning of the book warms my heart. As you can see on the back of the book, "It may sound different around the world, but the meaning is the same." This book takes us all over the world to hear how everyone says "I love you." I loved reading this book to my son, taking a journey around the world together, and learning how to say I love you in so many different languages.
DreamBaby Bath Tub Spout Cover Whale - Retail Value $4.99 (found here for $1.99)
This is a blowup spout cover for your bathtub! I love the whale print and how it looks like a mini pool float. We already have a spout cover that my son is obsessed with, but this blowup version would be great to take with you on vacation. My son is wild in the bathtub so I am always concerned about his safety, especially with the spout, so this will be great to take with us to the beach this summer.
InnoBaby Stainless Steel Cup - Retail Value $9.98
It looks like this brand sells full sets including this cup, a bowl, plates, and silverware. I think my son might be a bit too young to use a cup without a lid. I've been using this to hold his snacks and he loves carrying it around. Plus, ours came in this fun blue color!
Snack Car Holder - Estimated Value $12.99
This holder is meant to go on the side of your little one's car seat or on top of the cup holder. Once you clip it on, it turns into a new cup holder and a snack holder. So awesome! My son's car seat has two cup holders that are always filled with food so I was excited to receive a holder that is both for his drink and snacks!
Melissa & Doug Animal Stacking Cars - Retail Value $9.99
Wooden stacking cars are my sons' dream come true! He is obsessed with cars and has a little track that he likes to send each of his cars down. Once we showed him these he took them right over to his track, luckily they weren't too big! These are also great to roll on the floor, which we love doing to have races. The bold colors and little animal faces are super cute as well. The best part is that these stack, so they sit nicely next to his track without getting in the way or being on the floor for me to step on.
Verdict: This month's Bluum box was such a big hit! I love receiving toys that my son can interact with like the cars, and the book was such a sweet item that we loved reading together as a family. The cup and car seat snack holder are both super practical items that I know will get a lot of use over the next few years. The best part about Bluum is that it grows with your child! I have loved seeing what products we get each month and noticing how they really do match my son's growth. I calculated a total retail value of $45.13, a great curation of products for the $34 monthly cost.
