Chaleur ThermalZyme Heat-Powered Renewal Mask, 1.7 Fl. Oz.

Chaleur ThermalZyme Heat-Powered Renewal Mask, 1.7 Fl. Oz. - Retail Value $49.99

Chaleur is a line of heat-powered skincare that helps decrease the signs of aging by using heat to help their products penetrate deep into the skin. This is their most intense treatment and is ideally used with their self-heating mask layered on top. I used this on its own the first time and didn’t notice much benefit to my skin. But, once I read that it worked best with heat, I tried again and layered a warm washcloth on top. I noticed better results and my skin felt hydrated, smooth, and toned. It tingled a little at first and left me flushed so I think it is best suited for before bed. Another thing to point out is the airless pump packaging. You push the top of the jar down and product comes up from the hole in the center. I like that the ingredients are kept fresh but I have to make sure to wipe the top off or it gets gunky.

Sheree Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lipstick in Chic Nude, 6.6ml

Sheree Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lipstick in Chic Nude, 6.6ml - Retail Value $17.99 (found here for $11.99)

This is such a pretty nude pink color. The formula is thin, easy to smooth onto lips, and dries to a true matte quickly. Unfortunately, this shows every line in my lips and ends up looking very dry. Layering a lip balm on top helps but does affect the staying power. If you can wear this without balm, this lipstick has really long-lasting color.

Crown Pro Nova Pro Travel Face Palette

Crown Pro Nova Pro Travel Face Palette - Retail Value $49.99

This palette reminds me of Princess Jasmine! There are 10 eyeshadows, 4 cheeks colors, 3 lip colors, and a double-ended eyeliner pencil in this palette. Only one of the eyeshadows is matte and the rest are metallic foil shades. They are gorgeous! There is quite a bit of variation in the textures of the shades, some are drier while some are powdery and messy, but they all apply and blend well. The lip colors are thin, comfortable to wear and have a semi-gloss finish. The cheek colors include two matte pinks and a shimmery highlight and bronzer. The eyeliner isn’t anything special but it’s good to have it included for on the go applications.

Here are swatches of the lip colors, eyeshadows, and cheek colors. So pretty!

Here is a look using the palette. I used Primrose, Cara, Celeste, and Evangelica for my lids and the black end of the eyeliner to line my eyes. I popped some Adele on my cheeks and used Elysia and Willow on my lips. I love that I could go way bolder if I wanted with this palette. It’s so versatile!

Verdict: Yes, Oh Yas! has a value of $117.97. That is fantastic for a cost of $14.99 plus shipping! I like the mix of skincare and makeup and that the brands are high quality and new to me. I love both the palette and the mask, and even though the lipstick isn’t my favorite on my lips, the shade is beautiful. Yes, Oh Yas! seems to get better each month in terms of value and product quality so I’m looking forward to seeing what they include in the upcoming months.

I tried this box for a couple of months. I got a bunch of products that were knock off type things. I haven’t used a single thing from either box. With Boxycharm only being a few more dollars and filled with familiar/awesome brands, I’ll stick with them.

Ugh, my OCD. A couple of dollars 🙂

Uh-oh, that’s really good value if you are using/gifting everything. Definitely better than tiny samples.

That palette is gorgeous! It’s so hard to find a nice cooltoned palette with varied blues right now, as everything seems to be copying the naked heat/warm toned trend.

The palette looks AMAZING for business travel. I need to have makeup with me but not weigh down my carry-on. This palette looks fabulous!

I saved the photo of you with your eyelids down, so I can imitate the way you did your eyeshadow. I’m such a klutz with eye makeup – you make it look so easy!
