Kira Kira Crate March 2018 Review

Kira Kira March 2018 Pamphlet back

Kira Kira Crate always comes with a booklet that describes all the items and how to use them, which is great because the majority of the packaging is written in Japanese! They also feature customer photos that use the hashtag #kirakiracrate to share on social media and include a great how-to on how to use the items in the box.

Kira Kira March 2018 Mask sheet front Kira Kira March 2018 Mask sheet back

Slice Mask Sheet

This sheet mask has a most unusual ingredient - tomato! I looooved the sliced tomato design element of this mask. The directions guided me to put the slices on any problem spots, and surprisingly, the mask didn’t smell like a tomato. It had a super-light, clean scent, but truly - it didn’t smell like much of anything at all, but it really seemed to hydrate my skin.

Kira Kira March 2018 Jelly front Kira Kira March 2018 Jelly back

Moisture Hand Jelly

This stuff smells a-mazing! It’s scented with cassis and cherry blossom, and it smells delicious but not too strong. The consistency of this wasn’t quite like lotions that I’ve used in the past; the “jelly” part of the name is actually kind of accurate! It’s a creamy kind of gel, almost like a serum, and it absorbed into my hand cleanly with no residue.

Art Collection Lip Gloss

I love when I find makeup in these boxes! I’m an absolute lip gloss junkie, so this was the perfect item for me to receive. This would be so easy to use on top of a favorite lipstick for a night out, or just as a quick swipe on its own before heading to the store.

Kira Kira March 2018 Kitty mask

Hello Kitty Essence Mask

I was thrilled to see more than one face mask in this box. There were several varieties of this Hello Kitty mask that could have arrived in the box, and mine was pearl, an ingredient that works really well with my skin. This mask was so relaxing, and the ingredients really seemed to brighten my skin.

Kira Kira March 2018 Mini ball pkg Kira Kira March 2018 Mini ball out

Mini Bath Ball

How seriously cute is this bath ball?? I love strawberry in any capacity I can get it, even if it smells kind of fake, but this tablet smells like the real deal in a nice and subtle scent that fizzed like the dickens.

Kira Kira March 2018 Set pkg Kira Kira March 2018 Set out

Sakura Soap and Towel

These gift sets are so pretty! Cherry blossom is actually one of my favorite scents, and m mom loves it, too! This soap is in such a pretty shape, and I love that it came with this super-soft washcloth. This soap is going to get so much use around my house; the smell is very floral but it’s still nice and light.

Verdict: Kira Kira Crate is such a bright spot in my month! I loved the masks, as always, and the jelly hand product was something I’d never tried before. I think they always do such a good job of keeping the variety high; I love any kind of subscription where I receive lip gloss and a bath tablet in the same box. The items are always so cute, easy to use, and I imagine they’d make great gifts - though I haven’t wanted to part with anything yet, haha!

Is it bad that I want the towel more than the products? LOL

I received this box and don’t feel bad cause the towel is very cheaply made . Something I feel like could find at a 99 cent store .
