Jewlybox February 2018 Review

This is my first Jewlybox and it is coming up golden! I answered in my style quiz that I like both gold and silver pieces.

I feel like the Queen of England! FAUNCY!

Heeeeeeey, Jewlybox! How you doin’?

The card includes a sweet note from Katie and the Jewlybox team. It also provides details on each piece and their retail value as well as info on tagging your selfies of you modeling your Jewlybox goodies on Instagram.

These pouches the jewelry came in are so cute!

Rose Druzy Earrings — Listed Value $32

These earrings have a mix of rose gold and silver in the post. The sparkly crystal-esque post reminds me of a minced hematite stone. The cream beading initially reminded me of teeth - in a good way! I have seen all kinds of faux teeth pieces on Etsy recently and I thought of those initially looking at these earrings. I love circles and hoop style earrings, so I appreciate this classic style being married with modern day, trendy touches. The one earring looks like it has a slight fray in the beading string, but the integrity and quality of the beaded circle is intact.

Veronica Necklace — Listed Value $21

Before reading the name of this necklace I immediately thought of Veronica Lodge of Riverdale, so obviously this necklace’s name is rather appropriate! The chain is delicate and dainty, but rather long and is adjustable. I used to gravitate towards bold, larger than life costume jewelry pieces, but these days I have found these more subtle pieces immensely appealing! Go figure! This definitely is a great layering piece and can be worn alone or with a few other necklaces to make an even bigger statement!

Sara Spike Bracelet — Listed Value $29

This bracelet is diminutive, yet so incredibly bold and fierce! The beading is on an elastic string giving the bracelet ample stretch and adaptability. The spiky cones are so spunky and tough, but the gold beads with light blue crystals add a softness to this piece. Like the Veronica necklace this piece can be worn alone or paired with other bracelets to amp the sass!

Verdict: My introduction to Jewlybox has been an impactful one. I love their attention to detail from their packaging to the pieces themselves. The whole experience of opening this box felt lavishly luxurious. The jewelry pieces are on trend items I may not have selected for myself, but I appreciate the styles and love how they complement and enhance one another. The retail value of these pieces total $82, so the $34.99 is a great price point and incredibly reasonable considering shipping is also included. I am excited to see the March box’s selections and what Jewlybox will be sending my way!

Am I the only person that thinks their packaging and insert looks exactly like the things Rocksbox sends out monthly.
I know that they use reusable envelopes for their mailing but the box and the insert with your name are spot on.

Beth

Yes!! It’s exactly the same. They must be related.

Hi Nicole, question, maybe it’s just me but I can not find a way to reach customer service. Am I missing something and do you know a way too? Thank you!

Hi JT, I am not sure offhand, but I can check into it for you!

Dootsie Bug

It’s a real bummer that I didn’t find out the available ring sizes until AFTER I jumped on this. The available sizes are whole sizes 5-8 only.

FYI, the location of the quiz wasn’t super intuitive to me because I checked out through Cratejoy. It’s on the Jewly Box site once you log in there!

Dootsie Bug, sorry they don’t carry past an eight, but I sense they will still find you something super cute and the first. If is free. Win/Win ultimately! 😊
