CampusCube for Girls Care Package February 2018 Review

Campus Cube Girls February 2018 Welcome Card Campus Cube Girls February 2018 Welcome Card Holder Campus Cube Girls February 2018 Welcome Card Calendar

When you order the CampusCube College Care Package, you can include an encouraging message to your beloved College student. This month's message came in this clear stand that your student can keep at their desk and it has a helpful calendar for February and March on the back.

While it has been a few years since I was in college, I remember those days vividly and depended on care packages from my parents as I went to school five hours away from home. Let's see what this month's box brought us!

Campus Cube Girls February 2018 Journal Campus Cube Girls February 2018 Journal Open

Inspirational Journal

The first item of this month is this blank journal. I love the beautiful color and soft texture. The inspirational quote, "Shine like the whole universe is yours" by Rumi is the perfect cover for a journal. This would be perfect to use to take notes for a class, a notes journal to take to your internship this semester or to just use as a journal to write your thoughts and dreams for the coming months. I went through so many journals in college and always loved getting a new one.

Jouzge Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Treat, 1.1 oz. - Buy a box of 8 for $19.99

I have received this bar in other boxes and I always love them! This bar doesn't taste exactly like cookie dough but it is pretty close to the real thing. The bar has that perfect amount of sweetness to it with yummy dark chocolate bites on the inside and the thick coating on the outside. This bar is packed with protein and a great meal replacement or snack to enjoy on the go when you need a pick-me-up.

Campus Cube Girls February 2018 Water Bottle Campus Cube Girls February 2018 Water Bottle Open

Aluminum Water Bottle

I remember blowing through bottles of water my Freshman year of college. I quickly realized how wasteful plastic bottles can be and switched to using a water bottle. It is so easy to clip to your backpack, pop in your bag, and refill wherever you are. The only bad part about water bottles is that I am constantly dropping them, misplacing, or just wearing them down over so much use. I am always excited to add a new one to my collection, especially this aluminum style that keeps my water extra cold.

Kopper's Valentine's Milkies

I was able to find this brand online, but it doesn't look like you can purchase these candies. These were a creamier version of an m&m. The container is packed full of this sweet treat, perfect to grab a handful and enjoy. The outer shell isn't too crunchy which allows the chocolate flavors to just melt right away in your mouth. This was a lovely sweet surprise!

Campus Cube Girls February 2018 Sheet Mask Campus Cube Girls February 2018 Sheet Mask Back

Oh K! Bubble Sheet Mask - Retail Value $9.97

This is the second bubble mask that I have tried and I am totally in love with them! It is important to note that you do not want to keep this on your face for more than 15 minutes. The mask is all about exfoliating and cleansing your skin. It bubbles very quickly to give your skin that squeaky clean feeling and glow. I love using sheet masks like this, and can absolutely see this being a wonderful surprise for a girl in college. What a way to treat yourself!

Skinny Dipped Almonds, 3.5 oz. - Buy a case of 5 for $30

Another sweet treat that was a nice surprise! These almonds are covered in dark chocolate cocoa. They were a bit dusty tasting to me if that makes sense like a powder was dusted all over the almonds. I am not complaining though! These were the perfect blend of sweet, salty, and a light bitterness. Almonds are so filling and a great source of energy, the perfect snack!

Verdict: CampusCube is such a fun and easy way to tell your college student that you are thinking of them. The curation of products is great for anyone at any age, but I can really see the use of each item for someone in college. I was always calling my Mom in tears when I was out of something that I desperately needed to replace right away, she was five hours away so couldn't do much to help at the moment. So care packages were always the best way to get things every few months to me that my Mom knew I was going to need. I have really loved many of my CampusCube boxes, but I will say that this month's box seemed a little light on the product which brought the overall value down a bit. I love the mask and thought it was the perfect item to send to a college girl, but the other items weren't anything that you couldn't get on your own in your campus library. I am excited to see what the spring semester boxes have to offer and hope to see a few more product to bring the overall value up slightly.

To Wrap Up:

Can I still get this box if I sign up today? You have until March 21st to sign up for the Spring semester boxes.

A composition book, a sheet mask, a water bottle, and three snacks… If you have a kid in college, you can get twice as much stuff for $20 at Walmart or Target, and ship that to your kid instead. Or just give them cash for their needs, which you do anyway. Not good execution here. Try again, CampusCube!

The May box may arrive after they’ve left campus for the summer, depending on the college’s schedule – that would be a wasted $40 that they would not receive. In my college, we were gone from campus on May 10 unless we stayed for the summer.
