Splendies Women’s Underwear Subscription January 2018 Review

Blue and White Lace Panties by Miss Vickie’s Intimates – Listed Value $12.00

There’s no info card with this subscription, but there are tags on the individual undies with prices listed. This pair’s tag, which also listed the “Miss Vickie’s Intimates” brand, said the price was $12.00. These undies are made of nylon and spandex and are super lightweight. I’m always nervous about lacy looks like these, knowing how easily they can accidentally tear in the laundry, but I’ll just have to make sure to give these some TLC. I like the pretty ice-blue hue of these undies, and the rose pattern is cute. They’re really comfortable, probably because they’ve got stretch in all directions. They’ll be great if I need to avoid that dreaded VPL!

Red Lace Panties by Wilshire Montana – Listed Value $12.00

This look had a tag as well—this brand is “Wilshire Montana”. Like the first pair, these nylon-spandex undies are lacy and super stretchy. I found them really comfy and slightly sturdier than the last pair, just because the lace designs are a little denser. My favorite part is the stripey part across the top. It makes this romantic pair feel fresh and fun.

Conversation Hearts Panties by Splendies – Listed Value $12.00

This last pair comes from Splendies themselves! The conversation hearts pattern would usually be a little much for me, but for the Valentine’s Day season, it’s actually pretty awesome! I like the feeling of the fabric in particular. It’s also a nylon-spandex blend, but it’s solid, super silky, and has oodles of give.

The Verdict: This Splendies pack had a fun Valentine’s Day slant to it. I liked that they included more sophisticated lace designs as well as a playful pattern. These were all really comfy, too! No fit issues to speak of. I’ll just have to be careful with the more delicate looks when I wear and wash ’em.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Each Splendies shipment is based partially on what’s available for your size and style preferences, so it’s possible that you might get something slightly different than what I got. Order now and see what you end up with!

COUPON: Use code MSA4OFF to save $4 off your first month-to-month box!

Value Breakdown: This pack cost me $13.99 with free shipping, but going by the MSRP prices on each tag, I got $36.00 worth of undies inside. The average price I paid for each pair via this subscription is $4.66.

  1. Re: the lacy things & laundry tears…this used to frustrate me, so I bought a couple of those mesh zipper bags at the Dollar Store. I pop my lacies in there. The bag protects them from pulls & snags in the machine! I liked it so much, I went back & bought a bunch more and now use the bags for bras & hosiery & socks so I’m not chasing down pairs forever! I’m certain the blue haired biddies in my laundry room talk behind my back about my hermetically sealed underclothes, lol.

  2. Agreed. You can’t possibly expect me to believe they used 3 dollars more worth of fabric to go over my rump. Grr. ..I hate when companies pull that!

  3. I would love to subscribe to this subscription if they offered a cotton only plan…! Personally, nylon undies are not a good fit for my southern regions health!

    • Hahaha! I feel you, Kris! The lacy ones obviously breathe a bit better, but the solid pair… eh, a little less so. The cotton-only plan is actually a really awesome idea! I hope they see your comment and take note 🙂

  4. I think these are cute! I still don’t think plus size underwear needs to cost 3$ more a subscription though
