I have never had any problem with them. I sub to lippie and morph me. I’m constantly deactivating and reactivating my subs for over a year.
That said this is their SECOND breach in 6 months!!! It’s not worth the risk. I did contact MSA about the 1st one but nothing was published.

I have been ordering online for years from many different places and never had any problems. Y til I signed up with LiveGlam. A few months after joining I was robbed for $120. I will never order from them or Morphe ever again.

Please consider dropping subs with bad reputations from your review site. I trust mysubscriptionaddiction and would hate for that trust to be tarnished by these bad guys.

This company is awful! They are theives themselves. They charged my card back in August even though I canceled my subscription with them and I had canceled the card. They charged it several times and somehow got money from my account. I didn’t even know that was possible! Never again with this company!

Wow. I got so Lucky! I subscribed during the black Friday sale. I cancelled right after I got my December box. My card didn’t have any extra charges thank God.

I’d keep an eye on your card still or cancel. I bought on the black Friday sale and thought I was good, mine was just used.

I will never subscribe to this ever again! This has been going on for a year if I stand corrected and the whole live glam site is compromised . I watched on YouTube of their responses of denying people after they were charged $1,000 off their card and they do nothing! I wasn’t even subscribed yet! I was on a waitlist for morpheme brushes and they charged my card $315 at Neiman Marcus for men’s sneakers! I was like wtf! This has been going on for so long I can’t believe this is just now getting posted . So even if ur on a waitlist their still gonna charge u 😡

Yup, I was one of those individuals. It happened 12/1 and I caught it immediately, thank goodness. Done with the sub. They denied it for the first 2 weeks…not happy with the way they handled it. Could have at least sent me a free lipstick…lol

My card was compromised and luckily my credit card company noticed the unusual activity and contacted me and promptly removed the charges and cancelled the card but I suspected it was this subscription as I rarely used the card so I didn’t update my new credit card info with them when I received it. I’m glad now that I didn’t.
