Peanut Butter Americano: Cinnamon Honey, 16 oz. - Value $10

This is the peanut butter for the month - a delicious cinnamon and honey blend! Peanut Butter Americano products are 100% US-made and come packaged in recyclable containers. This peanut butter is more on the crunchy side, packed full of nuts for that extra boost of protein. In each bite, you get hints of the honey sweetness and a bold cinnamon flavor that I loved! For me, this peanut butter was a bit too crunchy to use on a sandwich, but instead, I used spoonfuls of it on a banana and apple. This made for a very filling and protein filled snack!

Laura Ann's Wild Blueberry Almond Jam, 8 oz. - Value $8.99

This was so much more than jam in my opinion. I didn't notice until I spread it on bread that this has real thick pieces of blueberry in it. The wild blueberries have this super tart flavor that is so delicious. The almond flavors are subtle, just enough to give the jam an overall nutty flavor. The Laura Ann's site notes that this blend was inspired by the aromatic sweetness of an exotic Moroccan marketplace. I tried this jam on toast, but I thought it was a bit too thick for the type of bread I had. I could see this being delicious on a croissant, as a dip on a cheese board, or as a sauce on a piece of meat like duck or lamb. Very exotic and delicious!

The Jam Stand: Blueberry Vanilla, 2 .5 oz. packs - (Buy a 9.5 oz. jar for $9.50)

I wasn't able to find this to-go jam container or flavor on The Jam Stand site, but it looks like they have a ton of other delicious jams to purchase! The Jam Stand is based in Brooklyn, NY and they focus on two main ingredients, invention and fun. This blueberry vanilla blend was absolutely perfect on a peanut butter sandwich. The to-go packet was that 'just right' amount! The tart blueberry flavor mixed with the sweet vanilla was so unique. This was a jam that both my son and I could enjoy!

Verdict: Peanut butter and jelly is a staple in my house. With a toddler around, PB&J sandwiches are my go to lunch, and I love snacking on peanut butter and banana as a snack daily! When I heard about PB&Jealous I knew this was the perfect box for my family. I was right and then some! PB&Jealous does a great job featuring small businesses that you might not know about from shopping at your local grocery store. I was introduced to new brands that I now know my family loves! Plus, all of the products came in unique blends that I would normally not try on my own. I can't wait to see what is next for PB&Jealous!

To Wrap Up:

Can I still get this box if I sign up today? As of today, 11/21, you can still get this box!

Value Breakdown: This box is $27 a month. I received four items which average out to $6.75 per item. While I wasn't able to find a price for The Jam Stand, the first two products come to a total of $18.99. While I loved this box and think that the small business focus of the products brings a whole other level of quality and uniqueness, I would like to see maybe one more small item like the to-go jam to bring the overall value up slightly.

I’d love to try this sub, but it’s just too costly. If there was another small jar of either pb or j, and a few more packets to sample, I’d give it a try with the $10 off coupon.

Being a 9-5 cubicle rat, I would love if this sub offered single serving packets for work or travel (since many jams/jellies require refrigeration). I love that this sub offers flavors you wouldn’t normally find in a typical grocery store.

Jennifer,
I purchased 2 Bonnie Maman jam/ honey advent calendars from Amazon for the same reason although I’m a flight attendant and work on small aircrafts with little to no refrigeration. The small jars are perfect single serve size similar to hotel room service breakfast in bed size😉
