Sisley is one of the best boxes, and I love it more than BeautyFix and Sephora Play. Will always keep it.
That being said, the foundation shade is 2R and it’s just so dark. I would really appreciate a 0R or a 0B.

I must admit I’m fairly disappointed in the Customer Service. I signed up at the beginning of September & sent them an email at the end of the month enquiring about shipping dates. Never received a response. Wrote to them again beginning of October – nothing. Wrote to them at the beginning of this week – nothing. Today I received the September box & still no response to my emails. I was expecting October though.
Does anyone know when these boxes are supposed to go out? I couldn’t find anything on their site & since I get no responses…

I had the same experience last month. They did not respond to my email or voicemail regarding the September box not arriving in September.
Just spoke with Customer Service about the October box and was told they are still shipping them out (today is October 27th), and that I would likely not receive my box until some time in November.
Love the boxes. Too bad their Customer Service is so poor. I won’t be re-subscribing.

I still haven’t gotten my October box and here we are at the last day of the month. Typical! I wish I would have never signed up for this box. Product is good but customer service is beyond the worst I’ve ever seen! What is wrong with this company?

I haven’t received my October box and I usually get my shipment early in the month. I sent them a message via their website and have not received a response. Considering they give no tracking and you can’t check your account to see if a shipment is made, the least they can do is answer their messages.

Question for anyone who uses Sisley, are their products heavily scented? I can’t use a lot of department store skin care lines because the perfume makes my eyes burn.

I received two boxes thus far, and the scents were not too strong, and I have a lot of allergies to smells. However, I do remember that I did not like the lotion smell, but it disappeared immediately. That being said, I would test a few of their items on your skin before splurging on this box.

Couldn’t wait. I signed up for a year. Everyone seems to love this brand so I’m excited to try it. Plus, 12months was $100 so it felt like getting 2 months for free.

Great samples, although I do wish that eye and lip cream wasn’t a foil packet. I’m pretty sure we got the same cream last year in a tube and it’s fantastic!! This is one sub I will never give up. I currently have 2 of these but need to add another. Even though I love most of the skincare products, I’ve only purchased one full size so far because these products are pricey!

i bought a box full of tiny 5 ml jars at amazon.com and squeeze the sisley foil packets into them. I can sometimes eek out 2 weeks of usage on some items by doing this, so I don’t mind foil packets that much. In fact, it’s less wasteful than the tubes.
I usually have to cut out the tubes to maximize the usage, but it’s getting to be a pain to do so!

What a great idea for the foil packets! I’m going to do that too. I rarely cut open tubes since I have more than enough products to use but with Sisley, I cut and scrape to get every last bit.

i want to try this box , but I know I would get addicted to one or more of these products and knowing that I will not be able to afford this lux skincare/ makeup .So it’s kinda like what’s the point in seeing how great it is when I know I won’t be able to buy it.

Looks good though I personally wish they’d either stop sending foundation or let us have input on shades. As someone with very fair skin, I’ve never received a foundation sample from them that is the right shade. It seems like they always send the same shade so I’m guessing those in the light medium category can probably use most of the samples, but it’s a bummer for the rest of us.

I agree. What about those of use who don’t have a neutral skin tone. Foundation samples are useless, because if the color does not match, I can’t test it for the rest of the day.

I’m happy to see more foundation (is that right?)! I’ve been hoarding one we received a few months ago, because it’s that great! I can’t drop $160 on foundation, but it’s the best foundation I have ever used!
