Red, White, and Blue Granola, 11 0z.

This blend is comprised of a honey granola base with the addition of dried blueberries, freeze-dried strawberries, and popped sorghum (a flower-like grain). The combination was subtly sweet and very fruity. The strawberry especially comes through!

Beer Snacks, 11 0z.

A truly unique mix, this blend also included a honey base that's offset with pale ale flavor, peanuts, and pretzel shortie. It's not quite savory, but it definitely better lends itself to snacking straight out of the bag rather than mixing with milk or yogurt. I was sort of scared of the beer flavor, but it's actually pretty nice. Like a hint of hops.

Verdict: My first experience with Bear Naked Custom Made Granola was really terrific. First of all, the PACKAGING. The overall design is so good! And the granola itself was super tasty with a nice mix of more classic vs. a bit out of the ordinary. At $18.99 per box, each 11 0z. canister comes in at around $9, and I'd agree with that value. I eat granola just about every day, so I'm excited to see what future flavors are in store.

I got my August box. I am thoroughly disappointed and contacted bear naked to cancel. My mouth is still burning.

Help, anyone else who has subscribed? I subscribed last Friday and since then have gotten about five different order confirmation emails. The order number is the same on all of them and money hasn’t been taken out of my account multiple times, but I’m still a bit confused by all of this. I thought by now I would have a shipping confirmation, but I just got another order confirmation today.

That red white and blue mix looks delicious! For 14$ it’s worth a try to me- I subscribed!

I would subscribe if they brought the price down by at at least 5.00. I buy this brand at Walmart for a whole lot less. I’d rather have an affordable product than fancy packaging. I eat granola every day and would go for something like this, at the right price.

I think this is a bit expensive for the size considering I can get about 12 oz. of their regular flavor granola for about 4-5 dollars at my local grocery. With that said, I am interested in the custom blends and think I will give it a try. But it really is a splurge.
