Each month has a theme, and July's is "Drama Queen"!

On the flip side, you'll find a list of what's in your box.

Phone Charger Stand (similar via Etsy for $12.50)

This laser-cut wooden phone stand comes flat and it ultra-easy to stick together. I don't know about you, but I always miss calls (all from my Mom), so if my phone were on this lil fella, they'd probably be harder to miss. "I'm waiting for the call" is etched into the stand, which falls in line with the "drama queen" theme rather well.

Star-shaped Bottle of Glitter (empty jars available via Amazon, 10 for $7.99)

I thought this was a necklace at first, but it's a wee star shaped jar of glitter, dangling from a neon yellow cord. This really reminds me of my childhood (I know I say that a lot), and has a summer beach-y vibe. The cork pops out so you can actually use the glitter, and replace it with something else once it's gone for a cute little keepsake!

"And So The Story Begins" Notebook

I am loving the dotted pages of this petite notebook. I carry a notebook with me this size always, for jotting down to do lists, addresses, or whatever else I need to jot! The inside cover also has a great geometric print that extends on part of the front and back cover.

"Fabulous" Wooden  Bracelet

I would never use the word "fabulous" to describe myself, but this small wooden bracelet with gold chain is trying to do otherwise. This piece of jewelry isn't really my style, but I appreciate the positive sense of self it is lending the wearer.

Set of Three Notecards with Envelopes

These are my favorite items of the box, as you all know I cannot have enough stationery AND I am sort of obsessed with llamas. I'll have no problem finding people to mail these off to.

"The Show Must Go On" Art Print

They have included a small art print that is 8.5" high and about 6" wide. This would be perfect to pass on to a friend who is into theater or performing. I can see this hung up on a mirror back stage!

Retro Sweets

Lastly, they've included some retro candies to snack on while using your friend's HBOGO account to rewatch Heath Ledger's last performance as the Joker in the Dark Knight. I'm just using this very broad description that probably pertains to many people, not just myself. I don't even know what these candies are, but they are kind of a milky gummy and look like milk bottles, so I'm going with that.

Verdict: My second Boxcitement delivery wasn't totally my style, though the items were all very useable. The notebook and notecards were the win for me here, and the little "star jar" made me smile. Having this mailed from the UK for $30.60 USD ($22.95 + $7.65 shipping) is pretty pricey for the items you get, so only those who have a thirst for these types of things will find it worth the cost.
