A Little Bundle is a monthly subscription box designed for moms and babies. Their main focus is the quality of the products selected each month:

Here are the five main criteria we follow in choosing the bundle products:
1. non-toxic (of course!)
2. natural and organic preferred (this does not necessarily mean every item we choose is natural and organic.)
3. attention to detail during construction from the start to finish
4. proven to be efficient and functional
5. made with love and care

Each box comes with a card detailing the items included.

A LITTLE BUNDLE JUNE 2016 - items 1

A Little Bundle Baby Bear Onesie – value: $25

This is a cute little onesie – I love getting baby clothes in subscriptions. It kind of looks like some sort of bear/rabbit hybrid, but that’s okay. This is super soft, too!

A LITTLE BUNDLE JUNE 2016 - items 2

GAIA Empowered Women Diaper Pouch – value: $36

This diaper pouch from GAIA Empowered Women is handmade by resettled refugee women in Dallas using vintage, artisan-made, & sustainable materials. Great mission! I think $36 is quite expensive for this fabric pouch, but I know it goes towards a good cause, so that’s where they get most of that value. This is a cute little diaper pouch for you to toss into your bags. I like it, but it’s not something I would have bought myself.

A LITTLE BUNDLE JUNE 2016 - items 3

Little Wooden Wonders Hedgehog Puzzle – value: $12.50

This is cute! My son loves holding and munching on the pieces (we’re still working on the actual putting together of the puzzle).

Olive Juice Card – value: $4.50

I like this card – it’s punny! In case you haven’t heard it before, when you mouth the words “olive juice” it looks like you’re mouthing “I love you.” It’s silly, but cute. I like that A Little Bundle sends cards every month for you to write your baby a little love letter.

Verdict: This wasn’t my favorite month of A Little Bundle, mainly just due to my personal taste, but I still like everything and will use it all.  The value adds up to $78, which is a great value, but I just don’t think it holds that much value to me personally because I think the onesie and the diaper pouch are priced pretty expensively, even though that is technically what they retail for. But like I said – I’ll use everything, so I’m not too bummed.

I agree about the item values being rather inflated. For $25 you can get a personalized onesie with matching pants from any number of etsy sellers (just got the cutest set for my niece-an embroidered pair of stilettos captioned “following in my auntie’s footsteps”). I’m all for supporting womens’ causes but $36 for a basic cotton pouch is a bit much. At that price point (if purchasing the item individually) I would consider it a donation with the bag being a thank you gift.
