Zlicious Confections - Oatmeal Cookie Popcorn - $5.00

This is good, sweet popcorn.  The flavor is definitely reminiscent of an oatmeal cookie - they nailed it in the flavor realm!  Popcorn isn't my favorite snack, so I"m a bit bummed every time I see it pop up in my box - but this was a good one, and if I have to get popcorn, it needs to be good!

Ticket Chocolate - Grasshopper Pie Bar - $7.00

I had a feeling this one was great even before I opened it - it's sold out on Treasie's website already.  That's always a good sign!  This is very good chocolate, and the mint flavor isn't overwhelming.  It has some sort of crunchy bits in it, and it's delicious!

Stay.Sweet.Macs - Key Lime Macaroons - $8.00

I was excited to try these when I pulled them out of the bag - they looked so delicious.  Sadly, they were way too dry and they kind of crumble all over the place.  The flavor was great, but the cookie itself was lacking.  Now, I need to go find a good macaroon.

Glee Gum - Gum Pop - $2.00

I received the strawberry and green apple flavors.  I am not a sucker person at all - I hate them.  So I got some expert opinions for you from someone who does like them - kids.  They liked these, and they have all-natural bubble gum centers.

Verdict:  This Treatsie box has a value of $22.00, which meets the cost of the box.  I'm happy with that value, but would be happier if I liked all of the items this month.  I love Treatsie for introducing me to new companies and sweets that I wouldn't have tried otherwise.  There is always a nice mixture of fruity and chocolate which is also nice.

Have you tried Treatsie yet?  What did you think about the macs this month?

Bekki first discovered subscription boxes in 2014 and they quickly took over her life! (Not quite, but pretty close.) She started with POPSUGAR Must Have, then moved to Little Lace Box, Birchbox, Hamptons Lane...the rest was history. Her favorite product find is Beekman 1802 Fudge (so, so good) and her favorite boxes are Birchbox and Hamptons Lane...but she's always looking for a new subscription to try!

Your post once again quotes the inflated Treatsie website prices for each item. The actual value of these treats, if bought from the seller’s stores, are:
Ticket Chocolate: $6
Stay Sweet Macs: $6
Popcorn: $4
Glee Pops: $0.91
Total value of box: $16.91.
Please don’t help Treatsie continue this deceptive business practice. Call them out on inflating the prices and quote the real ones. What’s the point of a subscription review site if you don’t actually inform people when they are getting ripped off?

Thanks for letting us know about the pricing. We’ll make sure to look at other sites for pricing besides Treatsie moving forward. We weren’t aware that there were any pricing discrepancies.

Thanks again!

One of these days, I’m going to sign up for this sub. Sooooo tempting. Probably the next time they have a really good deal.
