I know a lot of readers on this site are still waiting for their October POPSUGAR Must Have boxes to arrive, and/or to hear back from customer care (myself included), so I reached out to POPSUGAR to get updates.

Here is what I found out:

1. Billing issues. They are aware that some customers were double charged and some customers were charged for a referral box are working to refund everyone. (I believe they are tackling this on an ongoing basis, but again they are behind on customer care emails).

2. Tracking /Shipping Issues. They are working on sending out tracking emails to everyone who hasn’t received a box. (From what we’ve seen in the comments on this site you may get your box before you get any tracking email though). As of 10/22 they have shipped 87% of October boxes. And they are working to ship out the remaining boxes asap.

3. Seasonal October Products. SPOILER ALERT. They are trying to ship out all the boxes so that the nail decals arrive in time for Halloween. Dean & Deluca has verified that the malt ball expiration date can be extended to 11/15. (I know this isn’t ideal information, but wanted to include any updates).

4. Customer Service Emails. I don’t have a specific answer on how long you can expect to wait to hear back from customer care, but I’ve been told the team has a substantial backlog this month due to all the site issues and is getting through the requests as quickly as they can. (Their customer care team is 3 people). (Personally my customer care request was sent 6 days ago (that time span includes a weekend), and I haven’t received a specific response yet, so I would say wait time is probably at least 7 business days). If you’ve received a response from POPSUGAR Customer Care and can let us know how long it took that would be great!

I’m not sure if that’s much new information, but I know as much info as possible is useful when you are still waiting to get your box/refund!

Nerd Block is a monthly subscription box for geeks and gamers. This box typically includes at least a figurine or two, and always a new exclusive shirt. Nerd Block recently introduced Arcade Block, (I’ll have the review up of the first box hopefully soon!), so this box is now known as Nerd Block Classic. Each month will have a different theme. This month’s box is curated by Kevin Smith and the theme is Marvel vs. DC.

This box was sent to us for review purposes. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Nerd Block Subscription Box Review – October 2014 Items

The Cost: $19.99 plus shipping (Shipping is $8.75 to Canada, $9.50 to US, $12.50 Worldwide)

Check out my Nerd Block reviews and Loot Crate reviews!

Nerd Block Subscription Box Review – October 2014 Info

Each box comes with a card detailing each of the items included.

Nerd Block Subscription Box Review – October 2014 Tee

Jay and Silent Bob Tee – Value $18

This is pretty much the perfect shirt from a Kevin Smith DC themed box!

Nerd Block Subscription Box Review – October 2014 POP

Funko POP Vinyl DeadPool – Value $11

Subscribers will either get this figure in grey or red. My husband is all about building out his POP Vinyl collection, so he was very happy with this inclusion in the box.

Nerd Block Subscription Box Review – October 2014 Cards

Arkham Asylum Patient Notes – Value $5?

Agent Coulson’s Vintage Captain America Trading Cards – Value $40

Both of these items are awesome and make me wish Kevin Smith curated all Nerd Block Classic boxes!

Nerd Block Subscription Box Review – October 2014 Post It

The Arkham Asylum patient notes book is actually various post it notes.

Nerd Block Subscription Box Review – October 2014 Collectible Cards

And these replica vintage Captain America trading cards are such a cool collector’s item, and from what I can tell are already sold out online. There are two packs available (regular and blood stained), and subscribers will get one version. UPDATE – this pack actually includes both sets of cards!

Nerd Block Subscription Box Review – October 2014 Pow

POW! Pins – Value $3?

Jay and Silent Bob Stickers – Value $3?

Nerd Block Subscription Box Review – October 2014 Zelda

Zelda Dangler - Value $4

Danglers seem to be relatively prevalent in NerdBlock boxes (and Junior boxes) and they are one of those items that we just don’t use, so this goes to the swap pile.

Verdict: I think this was a great box. The POP Vinyl, Arkham Asylum and Captain America items were the stand out hits for us. What did you think of the October Nerd Block box?

From Thai with Love Subscription Box Review – Sept 2014http://www.mysubscriptionaddiction.com/2014/10/from-thai-with-love-subscription-box-review-sept-2014.html http://www.mysubscriptionaddiction.com/2014/10/from-thai-with-love-subscription-box-review-sept-2014.html#comments Wed, 22 Oct 2014 20:50:07 +0000 http://www.mysubscriptionaddiction.com/?p=31297 From Thai with Love Subscription Box Review - Sept 2014 Package

From Thai With Love is a new subscription that sends you snacks and treats straight from Thailand!

This box was sent to us for review purposes. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

From Thai with Love Subscription Box Review - Sept 2014 Items

The Subscription: From Thai With Love

The Cost: $14/month + free shipping

The Products: 3-5 Thai treats or snacks, along with some small items they throw in.

Ships to: Everywhere in the world!

From Thai with Love Subscription Box Review - Sept 2014 Jumbo

Big Sheet Seaweed Chilli by Tae Kae Noi – value: $.55

Heartbeat Mango Drops

Apparently, fried and processed seaweed is a really big Thai treat (much like potato chips are here in the West), so it makes sense for them to include some in this subscription! (They also wrote a short article about this item and brand here!)

Also, these Mango Drops are mango hard candies – mango isn’t my favorite, so these will get passed along to a friend!

From Thai with Love Subscription Box Review - Sept 2014 Fitne

Chocolate Banana Pocky - .88 oz, value: $.89

Herbal Infusion Lychee Slimming Tea – 1 tea bag, value: $.50

Gummy Berry Cola

Pocky is a very popular Asian treat (even here in America) and has been one of my personal favorites for years! This Chocolate Banana flavor is new to me, though. These were definitely eaten shortly after the photos were taken!

Lychee tea is definitely something I want to try but this tea is also a laxative, so I don’t think I’ll use this!

From Thai with Love Subscription Box Review - Sept 2014 Sun Snack

SunSnack BBQ Sunflower Seeds - .53 oz, value: $1.38

SourBerry Gummy Drops

These sunflower seeds were much spicier than I expected! They were good, but definitely have more of a kick than you’d think.

Verdict: Overall, I liked this box from From Thai With Love. I wish there had been a sheet included in the package to help explain what things were (or at least list them), but I really liked the variety of snacks they sent. I was definitely introduced to new things and even got to try a new flavor of an old favorite!

Also, I find that – for boxes like this one – cost breakdowns are both rather hard to do and maybe not quite as relevant (to me, at least). When it comes to boxes like this, I find that you pay for the experience and exposure to new, cultural snacks more than for a good bargain like your goal may be for other boxes.

What do you think about From Thai With Love?

Pennie Post Subscription Review – October 2014 Hot Dog

Hot Dog Wood Flat Card – value: $4.50

This card is actually made of wood! It’s no folded; there’s a designed border on the back for your note. I think this card is really cute and different!

Pennie Post Subscription Review – October 2014 Treat

Trick or Treat Girls Card – value: $3.75

I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to use a Halloween-themed card for, but this is exactly the kind of card that pushes me to write a note to a friend this time of year just because!

Pennie Post Subscription Review – October 2014 Sweetie

Hey Sweetie Card – value: $3.75

This is one of my favorite cards from Pennie Post of all time. The design is beyond adorable and the quality is always great from them!

Verdict: This month’s Pennie Post selection was totally adorable. The value comes out to $12, and I know I’m going to use everything. One aspect I love about Pennie Post is that even if I don’t initially think I have a reason to use a card (which is rare for me from this sub anyway) it’s always so cute and well-designed that it makes me want to write a note and send it just because!

What do you think about this month’s Pennie Post selection?

Honest Company Review & Coupon – The Wellness Bundlehttp://www.mysubscriptionaddiction.com/2014/10/honest-company-review-coupon-the-wellness-bundle.html http://www.mysubscriptionaddiction.com/2014/10/honest-company-review-coupon-the-wellness-bundle.html#comments Wed, 22 Oct 2014 17:47:23 +0000 http://www.mysubscriptionaddiction.com/?p=31279 Honest Company Review & Coupon - The Wellness Bundle Box

The Honest Company offers three different “Bundle” subscriptions: Diapers, Essentials (household items), and Wellness (vitamins). They just introduced new One-A-Day vitamins to their line-up and reduced the price of the Wellness bundle, so I thought it was time to try out their newest products!

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Honest Company Review & Coupon - The Wellness Bundle Items

The Subscription Box: Honest Company Wellness Bundle

The Cost: $35.95 for your choice of two items in the wellness category, plus add up to 3 more for 25% off.

COUPON: Use coupon code INVITED10 to save $10 off your first bundle.

The Products: Vitamins for women, men, kids.

Ships to: US and Canada

Good to know: You can adjust your shipping calendar dates for your Honest Bundle at any time in your account.

Honest Company Review & Coupon - The Wellness Bundle DHA

Honest Co. Immunity Defense – Value $21.95

Honest Co. DHA/Omega-3 – Value $24.95

These are the two items I selected as my picks for the Wellness Bundle. (The price is $35.95 no matter which two items you choose, so I always make sure my two most expensive selections are the bundle items).

Honest Company Review & Coupon - The Wellness Bundle One A Day

Women’s Complete One-A-Day – Value $19.95

Men’s Complete One-A-Day – Value $19.95

These two items are the new products in their vitamin line (They also have a pre-natal one-a-day). I’m happy to see they finally have an option for men! Both of these are free from common allergens like dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, shellfish, etc. They also include a probiotics blend.

The formulas for these one-a-days are mostly identical with a few differences. There are a few different percentages of ingredients like Vitamin K and Biotin, and the Women’s blend includes Iron and a Women’s Health blend.

The Women’s health blend has “Specialized potencies of Vitex, Dong Quai, and Milk Thistle are renowned for their ability to help promote a healthy female system and naturally balance hormones.”

I actually prefer a one-a-day vitamin that doesn’t include anything that effects hormones, so I’m going do a little research and see if there’s anything wrong with me taking the men’s version. (I take a separate iron supplement, so I should be good there).

Verdict: I’ve been a big fan of the Honest Company for a while, and I really like how much detail they give on all their supplements and their concerns about ingredients. So far I’ve been taking thd DHA/Omega 3 supplement, and I plan on using the Immunity Defense as an extra help to get through flu season.

Have you tried the Honest Company Wellness Bundle or any item from that line? What do you think of their supplements?

Svbscription is a luxury quarterly subscription box. They originally only did a men’s box, but recently they started a women’s mailing as well.  This is the second mailing from their women’s subscription – the next one is scheduled for December.

This used to be the most expensive subscription box (I beileve) but now Tim Ferriss is definitely out doing them with his $5000 Holiday box.

Svbscription Women's Edition Box Review Set

This is a set of notebooks from 8 different designers:

Svbscription Women's Edition Box Review Notebooks

This is another item that I think is so cool it might be best to gift to someone who is design-obsessed rather than keep it. (And I definitely don’t need any more notebooks. But I do love this set!)

Svbscription Women's Edition Box Review The Plant

The Plant Magazine – Value $15

This magazine is about plants, gardening, nature, etc. I’ve never seen it before, and it’s always interesting to get to read non-mainstream magazines.

Svbscription Women's Edition Box Review Back

I also wanted to point out that the box itself is a keepsake – it’s hinged and beautiful. (It ships in a larger cardboard box).

Verdict: This was such a treat to unbox and review. It also has a value of over $700. The quality and the curation are defnitely top-notch, and I think this subscription falls into the category of “what to get for the person who has everything.”

What do you think of the Women’s Edition of Svbscription? If you are interested in the upcoming box, here is what you can expect: “W3: Entertaining is being curated by fashion icon Susie Bubble and top photographer Phil Oh. Vegan Cuts Beauty Box Review – October 2014 Gloss

Floss Gloss Nail Lacquer in Donnatella – FULL SIZE! Value $8

Lovinah Coffee Bean-illa Detox Body Scrub – 1 oz Value $5

This Floss Gloss shade is the pumpkin spice of nail polish! It’s a beautiful fall creme color with some subtle sparkle and shimmer. (FYI – this is a full size, but the full size version is relatively small compared to other nail polishes – only 5.5 ml. I never finish full size nail polishes, so this really doesn’t matter to me, but wanted to mention it!).

If you subscribed to MSA01, than you know I’m a big fan of coffee body scrubs! This one smells amazing!

Vegan Cuts Beauty Box Review – October 2014 Skincare

Hyunia Deluxe Travel Set (Includes Facial Cleansing Gel (.5 oz Value $2.80), Healing & Restoring Cream (.5 oz Value $3.50), Facial Day Lotion (.25 oz Value $11), and Night Treatment (.25 oz Value $18.50)). – Total Value approx $35

Lotus Wei Joy Juice Serum - 10 ml Value $10

This skincare line is new to me, and it’s free of parabens, fragrance, dyes, etc. so I’m happy to get a full set to try out.

I’ve tried a few of the different Lotus Wei mists and serums and this one has a sweet fruit smell – I like it!

Verdict: This box has a value of about $58. I think it’s good for the price, and with the exception of the scrub, everything is a good size. It seems like over the past few months Vegan Cuts has been going for more quality over quantity, and I like it. What do you think of the October Vegan Cuts Beauty Box?

How to Survive a Sharknado - Retail Value $15 (On Amazon for $9.57)

Slashes & Bites Temporary Tattoos – Value $5?

I love the description of this book:

In the apocalyptic world we live in, Mother Nature is angry. Danger waits at every turn, and catastrophes like the Los Angeles sharknados have taught us that we need to be ready for anything. Too many lives have already been lost.

But fear not. How to Survive a Sharknado and Other Unnatural Disasters is the first and only comprehensive guide to surviving the very worst that Mother Nature can throw our way. Inside this life-saving reference, you’ll find:

  • Vital information about dozens of unnatural disasters and ungodly monsters that can injure, maim, or kill you, from arachnoquakes and ice twisters to piranhacondas and mega pythons;
  • Easy-to-understand survival tips for avoiding a bloody demise;
  • Inspirational words of wisdom from survivors, including Fin Shepard and April Wexler;
  • Useful resources, such as the Shepard Survival Assessment Test (S.S.A.T), and much more.

With this essential book in hand, you too can be a hero who laughs in the face of calamity while saving friends and family. Or you can just avoid getting savagely ripped apart by a sharktopus. Either way, you’ve been warned. Now be prepared.

And it gets really good reviews too!

Loot Crate Subscription Box Review & Coupon – Oct 2014 Walking Dead

The Walking Dead Comic Issue #132 – Value $5?

Loot Crate Subscription Box Review & Coupon – Oct 2014 Pen

Sledgesaw Hammer Pen – Value $10?

This Dead Rising 3 Pen is an exclusive item for Loot Crate, so I’m guessing on the value. My husband loves it and it’s nice that it is actually a practical pen too!

Loot Crate Subscription Box Review & Coupon – Oct 2014 Pin

Loot Crate boxes also come with some bonus extras. This month it’s a Toxic Waste candy, a free download from Curse Voice, and the Fear box pin.

Verdict: Doing a value-breakdown for Loot Crate isn’t always easy since so many items are exclusives each month. My estimates may be a little off, but I think it is safe to say this box has a value of around $50. I think they did a great job with the Fear theme, and my husband loves a lot of the items, so the October box is definitely a win for us. What did you think of this month’s Loot Crate?

Bare Bliss Box Subscription Review – October 2014http://www.mysubscriptionaddiction.com/2014/10/bare-bliss-box-oct.html http://www.mysubscriptionaddiction.com/2014/10/bare-bliss-box-oct.html#comments Tue, 21 Oct 2014 15:56:12 +0000 http://www.mysubscriptionaddiction.com/?p=31237 Bare Bliss Box Subscription Review – October 2014 Box

Bare Bliss Box Subscription Review – October 2014 Info

Each box comes with a card detailing the items included.

Bare Bliss Box Subscription Review – October 2014 BB Cream

La Mav Organic BB Cream – (Estimating the size to be .25 oz) Value approx $6

Zosimos Lip and Cheek Tint – Value $5

This BB Cream looks a little dark in the jar for my skin tone, but it blended in fine. I wish the sample was in a more useable tube though. I tried out this lip and cheek tint on my cheeks, and it’s a very dark color that doesn’t blend super easily, so I would recommend it more for lips.

Bare Bliss Box Subscription Review – October 2014 Soap

BOX Naturals Feminine Wipes (2) – Value $1.50

Rain Africa 100% Natural Olive Oil Soap - Sample Value $2?

Salis Skincare Salt Scrub - Sample Value $.99

I originally thought this scrub was a body scrub, but it’s a face scrub and it smells lovely, so I’m excited to give it a try. The soap smells great too – I just wish these samples weren’t so tiny!

Bare Bliss Box Subscription Review – October 2014 Pit

The Naked Bar Pit Cream –  Value $3,50? (Assuming this is 1 oz)

I like the scent of this deodorant, and it’s a decent size, but of course application is a little annoying compared to the normal twist up stick.

Verdict: I’m not crazy about the box this month. Last month’s box had two full size items, so getting only samples this month was a little disappointing. I’m hoping in future boxes they include at least one full size product each month. I think that’s a reasonable expectation for the $17 a month price point. That being said, a lot of these products are new-to-me-brands, so I’m happy with the types of products they are including.

What did you think of Bare Bliss Box this month?

The Subscription Box: Loved + Blessed

The Cost: $10/month

The Products: items curated to provide faith-based encouragement, including mini posters, stickers, scripture cards, and a special gift.-9-

Love + Blessed Subscription Box Review - October 2014 Beauty

On the inside of the box’s lid, Loved + Blessed includes an encouraging paragraph, expressing their vision for that month.

Love + Blessed Subscription Box Review - October 2014 Theme

Every box comes with an informational card detailing the items featured that month.

Love + Blessed Subscription Box Review - October 2014 Sticker

These are the mini poster, scripture card, and reminder sticker included in this month’s box. I really like the poster, especially – I’m looking forward to posting it on my wall!

Love + Blessed Subscription Box Review - October 2014 Notebook

Loved + Blessed Rubber Bracelet

Loved + Blessed Compact Mirror

Prayer Journal

I was really impressed with the quality of this mirror. The casing feels leathery and has a nice sturdiness to it. Also, on the inside, it says “you are beautiful” in small print along the bottom of one of the mirrors!

Verdict: Loved + Blessed fills a specific niche in the subscription box market – there are definitely very few faith-based subscription boxes that I’ve seen. I can see this kind of box being appreciated by a wide range of ages, which is always a great thing! Also, even if you aren’t religious, I think you could still enjoy the positive messages of the mini poster and the compact mirror.

Whether you fall into the target demographic for it or not, it’s clear that Loved + Blessed’s concept is executed very well. And if you are the target demographic or have been searching for a Christian/Faith-based/Scripture subscription, I think this is a well-executed and stylish option – especially for only $10 a month!

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Bluum Subscription Box Review & 50% Off Coupon – Oct 2014 Numbers

Melissa and Doug See Inside Peg Puzzle – Value $7

I received this puzzle before from Bluum box I believe, but I had to create a new account a few months ago, so I’ll forgive the overlap! (Plus it’s a great gift item so duplicates don’t really matter to me!)

Bluum Subscription Box Review & 50% Off Coupon – Oct 2014 Busy

Little Learners – Busy Day Press & Play Sound Book – Value $13

Another great gift item! (I’ve found that off all the baby boxes Bluum seems to send out the most books).

Bluum Subscription Box Review & 50% Off Coupon – Oct 2014 Whale

WOW Toys MiniWow – Ace the Race Car – Value $10

Gardner Publishing Bath Book – Whale  – Value $8

I couldn’t find this exact book online, so I’m going off the price Bluum provided. (Instead of sending a card in your box each month they send you an email with a list of all the products in your box).

Bluum Subscription Box Review & 50% Off Coupon – Oct 2014 Luna

Ellas Kitchen Fruit Smoothies – Value $1

Luna Protein Bar – Value $1

Bluum is pretty good about including a mom item in each box. Mostly it’s a bar or other food item, but occasionally I’ve gotten full-sized lotions, etc.

Verdict: This box has a value of about $40. I think the value is pretty good, and I’m happy with the box since almost all of the value is in gift-able items. What did you get from Bluum this month? What do you think of the subscription?

Lip Monthly is a new subscription box of everything lips! Every month, they send a new curation of lip sticks, glosses, balms or stains right to your door. The boxes come in many variations, so the products I received may vary than others sent out.

Last month, Lip Monthly sent out the same bag as they did the month before, and there seemed to be a significant amount of feedback expressing concern about that. I’m glad to see that they paid attention to this and sent out a new design!

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Lip Monthly Review & 50% Off Coupon - October 2014 Your Products

Every Lip Monthly box comes with an informational card detailing the items included and a note from the company to their subscribers. This month they also included a coupon code for Noyah!

Lip Monthly Review & 50% Off Coupon - October 2014 Devine

DeVine Lip Shimmer in Pinot Noir – full size, value: $4.95

JCat Fanabulous Lipstick in FL107 Honeycrisp - .1 oz, value: $2.99

DeVine is a new brand to me, so I was excited to learn that their products are all natural, gluten-free, cruelty- and pesticide-free, and also paraben-free. I’ve been all about purples and plums for fall, so I was very excited to try this Lip Shimmer but there is very, very little (almost no) pigment to it, and also very little shimmer (which is odd, considering it’s actually called a lip shimmer). It also has a strong grape smell to it, which I can’t decide if like or not. This is too bad, considering I think they have a great idea with a wine-inspired product containing resveratrol, grapeseed oil, and antioxidants, which are all found in red wines.

Lip Monthly Review & 50% Off Coupon - October 2014 Starlooks

Starlooks Lip Sugar Lip Scrub – value: $2

Noyah Lip Balm in Cherry - .15 oz, value: $3.99

L.A. Girl Eyeliner in Navy – .04 oz, value: $3

I’ve been hoping to see a lip scrub in a subscription box, so I’m definitely happy about getting this Starlooks one. When I opened it, I simply thought it was a drier formula, but seeing the photo on Starlooks’s website, I think it’s supposed to be a much wetter formula. This shouldn’t be a huge issue – I’m sure I can add a little olive or coconut oil and make it work just fine!

This Noya lip balm is my favorite item this month! Noyah is an all-natural brand, and this balm feels light and smells great.

Verdict: I seem to always have slightly mixed feelings about my Lip Monthly bags. Every month, I see some improvement they’ve made, and usually discover a new brand or item I really like. At the same time, however, I feel that there’s often at least a couple items I’m pretty unimpressed with. But, for $10 a month, the value always adds up well – this month’s is just under $17. Overall, I like this month’s bag and I definitely think Lip Monthly fills a needed space in the subscription box market for a lip-only sub!

What do you think about this month’s Lip Monthly bag?

Social Bliss The Style Box Subscription Review – Oct 2014 Matte

Nabi Matte Nail Lacquer – Value $4

Alexander McQueen Quote Notebook – Value $4?

My box was missing the info card, so I will be guessing on the values of most of these items. If you received the card with your box and can share the prices please let me know in the comments!

Social Bliss The Style Box Subscription Review – Oct 2014 Wallet

Burgundy Wallet – Value $35?

I actually needed a new wallet, so this is probably the first Social Bliss item that I can say I will use it every day.

Social Bliss The Style Box Subscription Review – Oct 2014 Chain

It also comes with a mini-chain in case you want to use it as a purse. (Subscribers will get this color or black).

Social Bliss The Style Box Subscription Review – Oct 2014 Wallet

Graphite Watch – Value $30?

The stones in this watch aren’t glued down, so they actually move around a little bit.

Social Bliss The Style Box Subscription Review – Oct 2014 Scarf

Floral Scarf – Value $30?

This scarf was available in one of two colors:

Scarf Options

I would have been happy with either color, but I think this gray/peach version will be more appropriate for spring.

Verdict: I can’t do a value analysis of this box yet, but I do think this is a better box than their past two boxes. The scarf and the wallet I know I will use, and the remaining items I’ll probably use or swap. (And I’m happy that there aren’t any items that feel like filler this month).

Do you subscribe to Social Bliss Style Box? What do you think of the box this month?

Birchbox Man Sweat the Small Stuff Limited Edition Box Review Balla

Bálla for Men Body Spray (Value $20)

KOR Aura Water Bottle (assorted colors) (Value $11.95)

This water bottle is BPA free and top-rack dishwasher safe. I also really like that the top piece completely covers the part you drink from.

This body spray smells pretty good too – not overpowering at all.

Birchbox Man Sweat the Small Stuff Limited Edition Box Review quirky

Quirky Wrapster (assorted colors) (Value $1.99)

Baxter of California Deodorant (Value $18)

This deodorant is probably the one thing out of the box that wasn’t a hit – my husband didn’t think it worked very well and didn’t like that you have to push the deodorant up from the bottom each time you use it instead of the traditional click to push up deodorant containers.

Birchbox Man Sweat the Small Stuff Limited Edition Box Review Socks

Bombas Calf Socks (Value $9)

Bombas Ankle Socks (Value $9)

I’ve already tried Bombas socks thanks to Pijon Box, and they are great – plus they donate a pair for every pair purchased. (And I just always like seeing Shark Tank  companies in subscription boxes!)

Birchbox Man Sweat the Small Stuff Limited Edition Box Review Bag

Under Armour Trance Sackpack (Value $34.99)

For this part of the box you get to choose between a blue or black version of this backpack. This bag is well-made and I like that there is one big, high-value piece in the box that ties the theme together.

Verdict: I’m very happy with my purchase of this box – and I hope my future gift recipients enjoy it as well! The value is definitely there, and I think the workout theme can apply to a broad audience.
