I think this subscription is cancelled. I ordered their box, got charged for two months and never received a box. I notified cratejoy, this was back in November 2016. I received an email from roxie offering to refund and a complimentary box but I wanted to see if a box would show up. By the end of December I got an email saying they just canceled the subscription and is supposed to refund the money. I really wanted to give them a chance and time. I understand a new business can have kinks to work out but I don't think they are continuing.
