signed up yesterday for this sub, just tried to log into my account on Pura Vida’s website and my password is not working. So tried to reset password, but that isn’t working either. Appears it doesn’t have my email in system to reset, but I know it is the correct email as I got a tracking email saying my shipment is in process. Anybody have a similar problem or any suggestions?
