I received this e-mail yesterday and have never subscribed to Birchbox before. However, when I went to check out with the promo code it kept telling me to check my code as if it were invalid. I’ve tried with two e-mail addresses now and it still isn’t working. Help?

The codes are case-sensitive so make sure you’re putting the code in exactly as it appears EXTRABOX… all caps, no spaces.

they had the same promo in december and i got 2 different boxes. i mixed them and gave one to my 16 yo niece and kept the other for myself. it was a great deal!

I did this deal in december. I got two almost identical boxes with the exception of one 1 product. I wasn’t happy.

You get 2 different boxes! This is my favorite deal they do because Birchbox tends to send me items that I don’t like so I can never justify paying $10 for 5 items. But when they do this deal, it’s $10 for 10 items! You may get 1 repeat across both boxes, but they tend to be different. I think this is a steal.
