Lucky Cat Mini Card
Sticky Kit includes a bonus non-tape item in their washi tape kits and this time I received a little card with a gold envelope. The size of this card reminds me of something you might find attached to a bouquet of flowers. It'll be perfect for when I want to pop a little just-for-fun gift in the mail for a friend, and the only note that needs to go along with it is "Thinking of you!"
Paper Crane Washi Tape - Estimated Value $2.50
The first tape I received this month is a muted red color and patterned with paper cranes. Some of the paper cranes themselves are also patterned! I'm always surprised and delighted by the thoughtful details that are included in washi tape prints. This one is just so cute!
Hexagonal Sticker Washi Tape - Estimated Value $3.25
This tape is unlike any I've ever seen before. It's made up of tons of various-sized hexagonal stickers all strung together! I love the way it looks both as a washi tape and as individual stickers with fun patterns on them. I already use washi tape to hang photos and notes on my fridge, in place of magnets, but these ones are especially perfect for that use. They can be used sort of like photo corners to border each picture. Love them!
MT ex Nature Motifs Washi Tape - Estimated Value $5.00
It's hard for me to actually dislike any washi tape because it's all meant to be fun and used for happy reasons. At least, that's the way I see it! But, if I had to choose a "least favorite" of this month's shipment, I would say it's this one. I love nature-themed things pretty much across the board, but there's something odd about the bunnies, birds, and other mysterious figures on this tape that makes me less likely to grab it first. Rather than forcing a use for it, I think I'll hang onto it and pass it along to a friend who might appreciate its design more.
Doll Washi Tape - Estimated Value $2.50
Here's another simple tape with a lovable pattern on it! The little people/dolls printed on this tape are so funny and cute! I like that they have different patterns on their outfits, matching haircuts, and surprised eyebrows. The colors used are so retro, they're hard not to love for their boldness!
The Verdict: My second month receiving Sticky Kit Washi Tape was a good one! I was really pleased with the quality of the small card and the sticker-type washi tape, and the rest of the assortment offered a nice variety. I look forward to finding new uses for these tapes around my house!
