January 2018 EarFleek Premier Tier Minimalist Review

EarFleek has launched a new "Premier Tier" subscription that delivers what seems like larger earrings with a bit more flair.

They also recently added a shop to their site, so you can purchase a specific pair (at a slightly higher price) if you like what you see.

Earrings in case, standing upright

First of all, this case is kind of blowing my mind. It's made from hard plastic and clear thin rubber that sort of "vacuum packs" the earrings and almost makes them look like art in a frame.

The case opens like a compact and can be reused.

My first pair of Premier Tier minimalist earrings are silver hoops that dangle from a chain connected to a simple rhinestone stud. The metal hoops and lightweight but still sturdy and don't bend at all.

There is also a thin silver bar that hangs from the stud as well, to give these earrings further depth.

Here's a pic to get an idea of their size and how they hang from my ear. These are a bit long for my taste, but I do like the simple design overall. I could rock these to an event but personally wouldn't wear them on a normal day.

Verdict: EarFleek sent a bigger, more substantial pair of minimalist earrings in my first higher price point "Premier Tier" package. The quality seems on par or a bit better than their original subscription, but I don't think that I'd get something as large as these with that one.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Earfleek is random, so you may not get the same earrings that I did.

I loved my BOHO earrings this month. That said these aren’t $10. earrings even with the cool case.

they have these “shadow box” displays at a surplus goods site i shop–“American Science & Surplus”, but in a 4×6 size–maybe bigger…
and, yes, that is exactly what they are! everybody “got it”, right away!
this site is chock-full of stuff i can’t even identify…

I hope the original subscription doesn’t change. I’d hate to see the quality reduce in an effort to push this new tier. I loved the Boho earrings I received last month. They were dangly like these.
I think it’s funny how everyone is more obsessed with the case than the earrings themselves.

Those are pretty big and busy for minimalist! lol
Do love that cool case!

That’s what I thought lol. I love these, and I’m not into tiny, but I do like basic, which is kind of what I expect from minimalist.

Maybe they should switch from selling earring to selling boxes for earrings!

I think most of the cost of those earrings is in the packaging. It’s really nice, but over the top. If they sent their product similar to the lower cost options, they could put sterling silver in there.

I wonder if that case is sent each month? If so I would subscribe. I love the case!

Haha! I’m glad I’m not the only one impressed with the case.

That case does make the earrings look like a work of art, and it would be great for protecting jewelry when traveling.

It’s a work of art, in itself! I wonder if there’s any identification at all on that case?

I seriously have no need for more earrings, but 5 or 10 of those cases would be awesome…

That case is cool and I like the earrings but I wouldn’t consider them minimalist.

Humongous Hoops definitely don’t scream minimalist to me. Despite that this is one of the most intriguing subscription boxes to me

Same thoughts here. I just got my regular subscription, and what I got is definitely not minimalist. I think they need to reconsider the use of the term minimalist lol.
