This is my third box with them and I love it! I don’t love a lot of spicy stuff, so the salsa will likely not get eaten, but I really liked everything else. I love that you can usually make a meal from the stuff in the box and stuff you have on hand. Love this sub!

I’ll be handing this entire box over to my Dad. He usually takes the foods I’m not so wild about off my hands. This whole month is a huge miss for me. But I’ll hang in there for March. This is one of my favorite subs overall, and this is the first time I have no interest in anything. Maybe it’s because I have no interest in the feetball either. 🙂

I just received my box and I take back most of what I wrote. Once I realized it was a superbowl theme, the box made more sense. Not an exciting box, but a useful one. Usually I end up taking at least one item to the food pantry, and or trying something and tossing it immediately, so the value of this practical box is definitely there. And I like that there are 3 packets of pizza sauce in the package. I still think there should have been chocolate.
I’ve always found their customer service department very helpful, if you let them know about the damage to your box they will make sure you receive extra products the next month and if they can’t send the same item will give you a choice of items. Usually the boxes are well packed and the delivery is amazing one of the most consistently well packed boxes I receive.

Can anyone tell me the expiration date of their mustard? Mine arrived with all the text smudged off, so I can’t read it!
As for the box, I wasn’t a huge fan — a lot of repeats and a lot of sauces, and yes, I wish it were more Valentine’s than Superbowl themed!

The damage might be how Degusta got a hold of it. My box is coming tomorrow, so I’ll look for you. But don’t be concerned, mustard lasts for years and even if out of date, it would lose flavor, or separate, not make you ill.

I’ll probably use everything in the box (not sure about the spice rub yet), but nothing in it was really new to me. I subbed to Degustabox hoping to find new products that my family might enjoy. The salsa looks great (and that was one I hadn’t heard of before), but mine is leaking and I’m not sure it’s safe to eat. My mustard cap was shattered on arrival, too. My box must have had a rough trip!

I had the exact same issues with the broken mustard cap and the leaking salsa. Their customer service is great! They are going to send me another salsa in next moth’s box. But they have no more mustard so they gave me a credit plus some extra points towards a free box.

Yes, I got an immediate response when I contacted them, too. They’re sending another salsa next month and are crediting me for the mustard, plus sending an extra small item in next month’s box (I guess you got extra points instead). Very impressive customer service. It’s nice to do business with a company like that.

I just opened my box and totally eating the chips while I write this.
So I have mix feelings about the box and it’s is because I don’t eat spicy food, can’t tolerate it. I have wrote to Degustabox in their feedback, and I hope we can opt out of spicy food because some of us won’t eat it and that’s money wasted in our end.
Besides that, the beans will make a great dinner, the Boboli pizza sauce has 3 packages so that’s 3 pizzas we have sauce or anything that needs sauce. The mustard will be use and the Luna bars were straight to my bag.
I wish the ketchup was regular ketchup since we use that a lot, specially with a picky toddler

I LOVE degustabox and spicy, but this box is still disappointing. The value only barely makes $30 and it is advertised as 30+. Plus it’s February! Where’s my chocolate??? Shame on you! It should be illegal to send a box of anything in February without chocolate.

When are these companies going to realize that not everyone likes spicy. I cancelled yesterday so this will be my last box. I do like the ketchup but NOT this spicy version. Seems a lot of repeat and repeat brands. Agree with jessicups, what is this the sauce box? this was going to be my last box and sorry i took a chance and wish i cancelled before this.

I agree! Got my box today and besides the spicy items which are great items not for me on that form, the box is ok.
I’ll coom and use the rest, but it is a bummer when items I can use for cooking cannot be use

Not a huge fan of how saucey it is, ketchup, mustard, salsa, pizza sauce AND a spice rub?? And the refried beans may as well be a sauce…. Maybe I will feel differently after I receive it but this looks kind of disappointing to me honestly. I normally love my degustabox but not liking this month.
