Thanks, Alex, for letting us know that Boxycharm has added new items to the Charm shop!

You can earn Charms by reviewing products on our website that you have received (50 Charms each review), referring friends using your referral code (500 Charms each referral), and by remaining an active subscriber (250 Charms every month).

  2. it won’t even let me add anything to my cart doesn’t say sold out just try ahain later….

    • I just went on the website and it finally worked for me. I think they fixed the issue just wanted to let everyone know!!

  3. Oh, I forgot to mention that any time I click on the FAQ/More Info I get an error message. I thought that might have additional contact information.

  4. I wish I had read the comments before I made my order. I have quite a backlog of points because they NEVER have new things in the charm store. I redeemed enough points to get free shipping, a pencil sharpener and two of the Cover Fx sticks. As soon as I hit the redeem button, an invoice came up with a charge to my card of $42. The only thing that was shown as redeemed was the free shipping!!!! Why on earth would I redeem points for free shipping if I wasn’t redeeming an item?? I also received an email that stated my $42 “order” had been charged to my card. I immediately sent an email to the only Boxycharm email address that I could find. I have not had any response. I’m sure everything will be sold out before my situation is resolved, or should I say IF it is ever resolved. Does anyone have an alternative email address or a phone number?? The email I used was info at Boxycharm dot com. I’m very disappointed with Boxycharm’s customer service and their awful site. I will now likely have overdraft charges from my account. 👿

  8. I got 3 different Cover fx clicks plus that horrible bag they should just give us for free and used $60 worth of charms plus feee shipping so the total was 0. I feel like if they’re going to continue doing the charm shop, they should at least provide viable options. Those cover fx pencils are supposed to be skin tone so having only deep shades excludes a lot of us. I’m hoping the highlighter clicks can be used as eyeshadow bases.

    • Now you see how women of color feel when most items are catered to fair skinned people.

  9. Grabbed blossom in the cover fx stick – now to see if I get charged the correct amount AND actually receive the product, since I cancelled boxy in December. Glad I cancelled, and here’s hoping I get the product.

  10. FINALLY got to use my charms! Not in love with the available options, but I grabbed a “Blossom” Cover FX Stick- because who knows how long it will be again until they put new items in the charm shop.

    • My feelings exactly. I grabbed two sticks because it’s been ages since anything has been available. I love boxycharm, but if they’re not going to stock the charm shop then they should discontinue the charms program.

      • It seems like from the trend I have seen they stock the charm shop every two months which is not the best. I think last September they stocked the charm shop twice but that was rare. I wish they provided more in the charm shop but its also a nice bonus to get free products by reviewing products.
        However I must say for people who haven’t redeemed before… its going to take more than a month to get these sticks! I grabbed something in the shop around Dec and I am still waiting for it to be shipped more than a month later. I have gotten stuff from the shop before so I know it takes long to get these items shipped. So expect these sometime in March.

  11. The Charm issue was just fixed, and I was able to apply my charms to a Coverfix Clicks “Blossom”… Thank you Boxycharm for fixing this issue first thing this morning!

  12. How do the charms work, when not messing up obviously. I’m new to boxy and don’t know anything about them.

    • You get charms for reviewing products or referring friends to join Boxycharm. You can redeem those charms for a product in the “Charm shop”. Not usually do they have anything of interest in there. On occasion they will add products, but they go super fast!

  13. I still feel like its ok for them to have a slow website. I can’t figure out how they make money. The boxes are so much better than any others out there. TO BOXYCHARM love your boxes. I am a die hard fan. I didn’t get to redeem my charms but I still think your great.

I couldn’t redeem mine either and thought it was one of those things where you had to check out and it when then be deducted…I was wrong and already have a pending $22 charge on my bank account 😡 I thought you could only use charms to purchase something in the charm shop?? I sent them an email and told them to cancel it if my charms can’t be used, hopefully they won’t hold onto my money for close to a month again like they did when they canceled the 2nd LE box.

  16. This is what happened with the LE box, and I never did get one. 😩 I hope I’m able to get my charm before it’s gone.

    I’ve notice many of you where having issues redeeming items. I contacted my team asap and found we’re having a technical issue with the charm room. Our team is working to resolve it asap.
    Once the bug is fixed we’ll announce it on ( hopefully tomorrow)

    • Great, by then thousands will know about it. Well here’s to another 2 months of having to stalk the charm shop 24/7 🥂! Smh.

    • How will we know if our items are still available? How will we know exactly when it’s fixed? How can we be sure they won’t be sold out?

  18. Phew, after spending a half hour trying to redeem my 7900 charms on things I don’t even want, only for boxy to say my codes don’t apply, grrrrr I came here to see I’m not the only one. I’ve redeemed in the past and they didn’t make it this hard. Please improve your website and charm shop, Boxycharm!

  19. I added one of those stupid $6 items…the pencil sharpener. That was the only way I can get the code to work. But only took off $6, it did not take off the full amount of my coupon which is $20. Oh well

  20. I feel frustrated like when they had that glitch for the Limited Edition box.

  22. Same here. Shows charms redeemed and applied, but still charging me a random amount that doesn’t add up in any way, lol.

  23. Can’t use them. Great, good figure. So much for being early birds! Idiots.

  24. I redeemed charms and tried to order but it is not subtracting the credit from my cart even though it shows up, I don’t want to be charged either- how frustrating!

    • Similar thing happen to me only it show my items as free but still charged my card!

  25. Same happened to me! I finally was able to get something and there was obviously a huge glitch. Glad It wasn’t just me though. I’m sure they will fix it. Right? 😣

  26. I’m dissapointed in the charm shop. I have a lot of charms and have been stalking the site, but none of these are things I want or will use. I don’t know why it’s been so awful, they used to have lots to choose from. I think I’m done with boxycharm anyway. While some of the items in the boxes I’ve received have been awesome, lately 4 of the 5 items go straight to my daughter. It makes her happy but she doesn’t need doubles.

  27. I have over 10,000 points so I picked up 3 of them Cover FX sticks. I followed the directions for using charms to a T (and have used my charms in the past to buy things before Boxy was huge and there was actually items in the shop LOL) Yeah, my cart was $54 so I redeemed for $50 and $4 and it says when you check out that it will be automatically applied. But, once out of the Boxy page and back to my email, I had 2 emails saying that I had redeemed charms (one for the $50 and one for the $4) and then AFTER those 2 was the order confirmation where I saw that I was charged $66 to my credit card.. I emailed customer service to fix it.. We shall see what happens. I have never had a problem with Boxy CS before so fingers crossed..

    • Same thing happened to me but I have not checked out yet because I don’t want to be charged!

  28. Is anyone else having trouble with their charms?! I redeemed them for coupons but they are not applying to the order.

  29. Am I the only one getting this message:

    Error processing checkout: Failed to add coupon: This coupon does not apply to any of the products in your cart.

    I’m unable to checkout.

    • It’s not working for me either!

    • Same, unable to use charms… in the charm shop. This company is unbelievably frustrating.

  30. PRAISE BOXYCHARM!!! Thank god they FINALLY changed the charms in the charm store. Too bad I can’t afford any of them lol :p
