I paid for a yearly subscription early nov and have not received my November or December box. I emailed them twice, starting abt a mth ago and no response. I’m calling my credit card company to dispute the charges. I’m taking my money elsewhere!

Once again I haven’t received my November box! What is wrong with this company? Here we are at December and I’m still waiting. I am getting really sick of this company even though I love their product. I just don’t get it.
