Now, on to the item! As the resident MSA Buffy fan, I stepped in to review this month:
Exclusive Dark Willow Souvenir Jacket
I love the baseball jacket vibe from this design and I'm excited to own my first piece of Buffy clothing!
This purple and black jacket is a lighter weight jacket - more like a heavier windbreaker. I love the slight shine to the material and the "B" logo looks simple but very cool. I love the fitted style of this baseball jacket. I also really like the purple stripe details on the neck, wrist, and waistband.
The design on the front of the jacket is a nice and subtle nod to Buffy but it's the design on the back that really shines.
The back features a full coverage, Dark Willow design!
Dark Willow is the vengeance-seeking alter-ego of the otherwise nice Willow Rosenberg. On a show full of mythical storylines, this was definitely one of the scarier ones!
The spell designed around Willow is Proserpex’s Effigy - the spell she used to almost burn the world down. I think this is such a cool design for Buffy and a nice break from the more typical merchandise.
Verdict: This is my first time checking out Loot for Her in person and I'm impressed! I love the design of the jacket and it feels like a total steal for $14.99. My only complaint is that this would have been a great Halloween jacket so the shipping delay was disappointing. However, the quality and exclusivity of this jacket really wins me over.
