I just had a look using the code “LASTCHANCE” for 40% off using a different email address and it said ” subscription beginning with Holiday Collection”, meaning the gold leaf drop earrings I just got in the mail today.
They have this one locked down tight, IMO.
I got a ” gift” for $15 off in their gift shop ( was supposed to be a second piece of jewelry- they lied).
Does anyone know when the code expires?
This could also be a very limited time ” Holiday” offer kind of thing.
Although, to me, with no expiration date, it should be honored, I am not too thrilled with the ” 2 pieces of jewelry” being 1 piece and a $15 gift code on a card.

I have also purchased many items from their shop, and they have always arrived quickly, including when they had to ship one directly from Paris! She reached out to me directly to let me know, and I always deal with the same two very nice women. I can’t recommend this sub enough!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Emma & Chloe and Happy Rebel are tied for my all time BEST customer service of any sub box, and I have subbed to at least 50 (for shame!) Shipping has always been spot on, and packaging is lovely and gift-worthy. Others have agreed with me as well, amazing customer service. A+
