Snack Sack

Snack Sack

Snack Sack includes a pamphlet that notes all of the products that are within the box, along with how to find them online.

This month they’re promoting their new Vegan and Gluten-Free boxes, along with some giveaways and discount offers.

Snack Sack

Every first-time customer receives a tote (sack), which is meant to hold your snacks. I don’t see myself refilling this every month with the snacks, but I’m happy to have another tote for grocery shopping.

Let’s take a look at what’s inside!

Snack Sack

Original Black Bean Chips, 1.2 oz. – Buy a 6 oz. bag for $3.19

These black bean chips are perfect in flavor and a healthy alternative to a regular potato chip; I personally find them tastier and I think they’re better for dipping, especially with guacamole like on the bag. These high in fiber chips are delicious and I highly suggest you give them a try if you have the chance!

Snack Sack

Much-Ado-About Mango Fruit Picks, 1.4 oz. – Retail Value $2.59

Dried fruits are one of my favorites things, especially mangos, so these were a huge hit with my flavor palate. I haven’t had dried fruits from this brand before, but I’d like to see what else they offer after tasting these – YUM!

Snack Sack

LITE Simply Sea Popcorn, 0.65 oz. – Buy a pack of 10 for $19.99

This popcorn sure is lite (hence the name) and is perfectly salted. I tend to add more flavoring like pepper or other spices to similar “lite” popcorns, but this one hit the nail on the head in the flavor department. For 90 calories per serving which is the whole bag, I don’t feel bad for eating the whole thing in one sitting either!

Snack Sack

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt Pumpkin Seeds, 2.2 oz. – Buy a pack of 6 for $23.95

I was really excited to see the pumpkin seeds in this month’s shipment; I love pumpkin seeds, especially when they’re good for you! These seeds are not only delicious but have 10 G of protein in a serving and are high in omega-3. The flavor I received was Pink Himalayan Sea Sat – yum! If you have the chance to get your hands on these, I highly suggest giving them a try!

Snack Sack

Mixed Berry Apple Veggie Fruit Stix, 1 oz. – Buy a pack of 6 for $8.49

These mixed berry veggie stix are basically adult gummies, which is a perfect snack for me because I love anything gummy, especially when it’s healthy for you! These organic, vegan & gluten-free stix are very fruity in taste and aren’t overly gritty, which I’ve come to find in similar healthy gummy brands. They are also offered in blueberry, which I’d like to try as I lean towards that flavor more than mixed berry – Nonetheless, this is a great snack and I’d recommend if you like gummy snacks like myself.

Snack Sack

Baja Taco Artisan Peanuts, 1.45 oz. – Buy a 5.75 oz. bag for $7.99

These Baja taco infused peanuts are nothing like I’ve tried before and probably my favorite snack in this month’s shipment! The flavoring is PERFECT in spice level and not overbearing or underwhelming.

Snack Sack

Original Sunflower Seeds, 1.5 oz. – Buy a 4.7 oz. bag for $3.00

These sunflower seeds are pretty good but there’s nothing too special about them. I personally don’t love sunflower seeds that have the casing on them as I dislike getting the shell stuck in my teeth and around my mouth. This is still a pretty good and healthy snack, I just would have preferred them just being the seeds.

Snack Sack

Double Chocolate Brownie Batter Bar, 1.6 oz. – Buy a pack of 12 for $21.99

This double chocolate protein bar is very tasty and doesn’t give off too much of a gritty protein powder taste like I tend to run into. I’ve never heard of the brand, Raw Rev, but after doing some research, they have some very interesting flavors that I’d also like to try!

Snack Sack

Snack Sack

Banana Nut Bread Heart Bar, 1.5 oz. – Buy a pack of 12 for $24.00

This banana nut bread treat is nothing like I’ve had in a packaged bar before, so this was a really nice surprise to see in this month’s box. The flavoring is perfect and reminds me of the banana nut bread I’d make at home myself, but this is much healthier (& tastier) than what I make!

Snack Sack

Garden Herb Peas Please, .77 oz. – Buy a 3.3 oz. bag for $2.49

These puff pea snacks are perfectly flavored and aren’t underwhelming like I’ve had in the past from similar treats. The herb flavoring is very pleasant and pairs really nice with the peas. This is a great snack and I recommend if you get the chance!

Snack Sack

Snack Sack

Sriracha Seaweed Snack, .14 oz. – Buy a pack of 5 for $8.94

These sriracha seaweed snacks are perfectly lite and overall have a really great flavor. I haven’t loved regular seaweed snacks in the past but this spicey flavoring has changed my mind. I can see myself getting more of these in the future!

Energized AM Trail Mix Oats, 2.35 oz. – Buy a pack of 12 for $35.00

I love oatmeal in the morning, so this was a great addition for me in this month’s box. This particular mix is packed with coffee fruits, which is filled with antioxidants, natural caffeine, and coconut oil. After mixing with hot water, I added a few berries in for a sweet and delicious breakfast. These oats are delicious!

Snack Sack

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites, 0.8 oz. – Buy a 4 oz. bag for $4.79

I had high hopes for these chocolate peanut butter bites and boy are they tasty! For being gluten-free, vegan and soy-free, I really don’t know how they created such a sweet and tasty treat!

Verdict:  This was my first experience with SnackSack Vegan and I’m extremely impressed with the variety of snacks, and how much I enjoyed each and every one of them! For $24 + free shipping, I received 13 snacks, which makes each snack come to a value of $1.85. For how healthy and delicious all of the snacks were, I think that’s an awesome deal!
