This month’s theme is Secrets of the IGLOO! Just in time for this chilly weather we’ve been having. No, it’s not a bad picture, the front of every postcard they send is a super cool hologram! The themes every shipment seem to center around a different “biome” usually.

The info card included is a cryptic postcard with hints as to what everything inside the box is. Fun!

Exclusive Minecraft Tee – Estimated Value $15?

Possibly my favorite thing about our Mine Chest subscription is having my son explain to me what the tee shirt depicts. This month it’s a zombie head and a villager head! He thinks the zombie is about to convert the villager into a zombie. I guess this is what Halloween looks like in a world of blocks!

Mine Chest Exclusive Sticker – Estimated Value $1?

Build your own blocky snowman! My son really likes their stickers because usually, you can build with them. Fun!

Plush Wooden Block – Estimated Value $8?

This is another Mine Chest exclusive! It’s a block! How surprising! To be honest, I think our kitty is getting more use out of this than anyone.

Minecraft Exclusive Pin – Estimated Value $5?

It’s a polar bear! Perfect for these chilly days and the igloo theme! He’s one of the main creatures in the igloo biome. My son loves these pins – he has them attached to all sorts of things.

Minecraft Ocelot Scarf – Retail Value $19.99

This is another case of perfect timing by Mine Chest! My son totally needed a new scarf, and he was thrilled to get this one! He will definitely be the coolest kid in fourth grade. And of course, the ocelot is another of the creatures in the igloo biome.

The Verdict: This was another awesome package from Mine Chest! I mainly gauge how cool a Mine Chest is by my son’s reactions to the swag, and it never disappoints. The scarf is amazing! He loves the scarf and (as always) the tee. He also really likes sharing with his friends. The value of everything this month adds up to about $49, which is good for a $40 box. This is such a fun subscription for Minecraft fans!
