Love it! HR does great curation and is excellent at finding different types of items for their boxes instead of the “same old.” I also love that you can skip boxes but I won’t be skipping this one 🙂

Does anyone have any experience in exchanges with this box? My biggest worry is what if I select a size option for the robe and need to size down (or up)?? Do they try to accommodate that? I wish the robe sizing was easier to figure out, like if it states XS – (O-2), S – (4-6), M – (8-10) and so on, with the lettered sizes for a more defined understanding. It says the measurement is “approximate chest/waist across back” so that leaves me scratching my head… my chest (bust?), waist and back are all different parts to measure in terms of fit, so I am just really confused.
Regarding sizing… Letter/number sizing can be inconsistent. Measurements are more objective, and helps members better determine the best size choice for them. The measurement provided is the back panel of fabric from side seam to side seam under the armpit. The measurement is the same at this chest level as well as the waist level.
As for exchanges… technically, as with most subscription boxes, we do not offer returns or exchanges. That being said, if you end up wanting to swap out the robe in this box for an alternate size, we would be happy to accommodate if possible. This will be very dependent on size availability, as we may sell out of some sizes. The robe you received would have to be returned in new and resell-able condition, and the member would be responsible for shipping charges both ways.

As much as I want to subscribe to Happy Rebel (and probably will in the spring) these spoilers aren’t doing it for me. That being said, they look like great items, and I think that there’s going to be some great stuff in here – but for other folks. It’s so weird seeing a subscription box consistently do a great job with curation, price, customer service and box value – which is why I’m joining after winter box is no longer the first for me.

Nnnooo why does it have to be roses? I feel like products with roses are all the rage right now in boxes. As I am highly allergic to roses I will have to hope it doesn’t get in the rest of the stuff in the box and then swap or gift this. It looks really nice though and I wish I could use it.

I’m not allergic to rose but I am to lavender, so I understand the frustration! It would be really cool if boxes could sub items with scents if needed – I understand why that would be hard for them to do, but it would be awesome! I was so disappointed to realize the FFF pillow spray I wanted to try had lavender.
