  1. I may be the exception but I am grilled with this spoiler!!! I have tried and tried to swap for this but have been unsuccessful. Plus the lower value Glamglow item frees up more $$ for the remaining items! LOVING this box!!!

    • No, no I am not grilled but I am thrilled. LOL! That being said I do hope there are color variations….

  3. So I unsubscribed from GB after 6 boxes of missing items and no resolution from their CS (just random broken items sent as replacements without warning or reply)

    But I had so many glossy dots from the broken items (in every box!) that I purchased 2 of these for $13 Each.

    Part of me is SO excited … the other part cant shake the fear that I just gave GB $26 that I’ll never see again.

    Tells Self: Just focus on the Sunday Riley love!!

  4. to anyone that signed up for the Halloween $10 box for 3 months- I was on Glossybox facebook and someone posted that it was never supposed to be offered in the USA due to too few boxes. You need to log into your account and see if it shows as an order with tracking- People are being charged and have not received Oct or Nov boxes. Also, on le holiday box I used almost $3 credit and box still was $40 and some change. You will need to contact them thru your account messaging area if you are charged and don’t see your order. This is now 3rd mistake with Glossybox for me counting the rituals fiasco where I called first before I ordered. Please spread the word so people that ordered for the $10 a month deal. I did receive Oct. box but nothing for Nov though I was charged for it. GOOD LUCK!!!

  5. I’m incredibly irritated that the Glamglow item is not skincare. I was absolutely certain it would be a $22 travel size treatment. That’s what they do best and what they should stick with. I’ve already tried these balms before (still have two) and they’re OK, below average, and low in value. These balms get marked down all the time and they can barely give them away. Super disappointing. The rest of this box better be effing amazing.

  7. Will this red color be in all boxes? Any variation?

    • According to Glossybox’s Instagram al the boxes will contain the same products they posted after people asked about color so I assume they mean they’ll all be red.

    • I was wondering that too. I don’t wear red and I really wanted to try this I was hoping there wld be other shades.

      • According to the response I received from them on Instagram everyone is getting the same thing in the box so we’re all getting the red pot. I’m thinking that if you use a lip brush and a light hand, maybe even use it over something else that it won’t be too much? I’m hoping so anyways cuz I know that I can’t pull off that red either but I’ve always wanted to try their lip balm as it’s supposed to be really good for your lips 💋 💓 😍 ✨

        • The funniest part is that I only wear balms to bed. I guess I’ll be looking glamorous when I go to bed and end up waking looking like who’s knows what.

  8. I’d rather have the expensive item be Sunday Riley than Glamglow any day, and the $19 price on the lip pot leaves room for really nice stuff from the other brands!

    I had $21 in glossy dots left over from a never delivered July box (took me till late September to finally get a response from them over that, after I cancelled my account, and since I’d gotten the July box with glossy dots it was essentially a refund) so this box is a fantastic deal already!

    Plus the box itself looks so neat! Really nice for wrapping a gift in the near future, hopefully.

  9. I didn’t know that glamglow had this type of product, cool! I suffer with chronically dry cracked lips so a good Balm is always a good thing for me.

  11. I’m excited to try the Glam Glow lip balm! I’ve been eyeing that at sephora but I refused to dip my finger in others peoples germs lol and I wouldn’t buy it without trying it so yay!

  12. So glad I didn’t order. I was contemplating it after they canceled my Rituals boxes and I have $20 in credits. But there’s nothing I hate more than lip balms you have to dip your fingers in. I assumed the GlamGlow would be a mask.

  13. So far so good. I won’t be able to use the lip product if it’s that red color though. Oh well, I’ll pass it along to a friend. I was able to get this box for about $20 using my glossydot credits. I don’t currently have an active sub with GB but I may resub once they get “organized” after their merger. I know lots of people had bad GB experiences but I’m not one of them. I always received quality products and good CS.

  14. I love the glamglow balm though I have not tried it any color. The one I got last year was clear. I use it nightly and it has lasted me almost 12 months. Don’t know how I feel about it having color.

  15. Probably in the minority, but I’m glad it isn’t a mask as there masks are not a favorite of mine. Thinking the DHC product will be the oil cleanser. At least I hope it will.

    • If that’s the case (and if it’s full sized) I’m buying this. I love that cleanser!

  16. Did anyone get charged for this box? I bought and cancelled it because of the coupon and also to use the refunded credit. I am not charged yet and I want this box so much.

    • It says that we’re not going to be charged until they start shipping on December 1st. As long as you have a confirmation email or the pre-order then you will be charged around the 1st. 😊

  17. Interesting! I assumed the Buxom product would be a lippie. Wondering now if it’ll be a shadow or palette. This looks nice, but I why pot applicators for lip products? Icky. 😐

    • Yes, Yes and Yes…I had the exact same three thoughts! Hahaha….

    • It made me say yuck too before, then my uncle who was a MUA got me into using a brush for lip products like this. I’m excited about getting the LE box.

    • I totally wanted to buy the boxycharm one and ran out of time:( I just hope glossybox keeps it up, I love the two spoilers already, just hope we get lots of makeup products

  19. This is actually what I was expecting from glamglow after the first spoiler being so pricey! I have really been wanting to try this product but never justified the purchase, and I also like the serum a lot…. this box is looking better and better I may have to cave

  20. i signed up for the promo of 3 months for $10 as you go. I just received my 2nd box and when I checked out the site it says I am on the monthly plan for $21. I really question wether it is worth the gamble anymore.

    Does another else have this problem? I emailed them last week about it and about a damaged lippie and they finally responded:

    • Katie, I am also wondering about the monthly charges as I signed up for the $10 for 3 months as well. Liz, do you know of any issues on this from previous deals?

    • I noticed that on my account too but they only charged me $10.

        • If you look at the original receipt from your order with the $10 price it stated.

          “Under the Monthly Plan, you will be billed a recurring charge of $21 every month. (If you signed up with a special offer, this amount might differ for the duration of the offer.) Your plan will automatically renew at the end of each cycle, until you cancel within the term deadline (15th of the prior month).
          The Monthly Plan cancellation request via your account page will take effect only if submitted prior to the 15th of the month that your existing subscription plan is due to renew. (e.g. you must cancel by February 14 if you want to stop your March charge/box).
          NOTE: If you choose to subscribe to a recurring Monthly Plan between the 15th to the end of the month, you automatically agree to following month’s charge.
          You may submit a cancellation request by e-mail to [email protected].

    • I signed up for the 3 months at $10, “Halloweeny”, but I haven’t received ANY boxes yet, and they are insisting that October is going to be my first month. Here we are at November 14th, and I haven’t received October or November. I haven’t had the courage to ask my husband what the charges are. When I do, if they charged $21 instead of $10, it’s going to be such a loooong, frustrating and drawn out experience…

      • I did get October but not until after I’d emailed and asked when it was shipping. I had to find out my box was en route from FedEx delivery manager,same with Boxycharm.

  21. Love the GlamGlow spoiler!!!! Did not attempt to buy the Rituals box on sale, already had one, so I don’t have ill feelings about GlossyBox canceling. Bought this LE box as a subscriber with the $5 off PC and the Glossydots credit on my account to make this box cost me about $20. Really not complaining!!!!! Now they just have to deliver my $204 of product!

    • I couldn’t get the coupon code to work for me. Wonder what I was doing wrong.

  22. When I Saw the brands that were going to be in the box I honestly bought it just because of the glamglow from this box track record I should have known or expected this from them even a deluxe size mask would have been nice 🙄

    • I was really hoping for a mask from Glamglow too… I’ve been wanting to try them out but can’t really afford it but hey I just hope they don’t send all red to everyone cuz I can’t pull that color off 🤔🙄😶

  26. Really disappointed with Glossybox and have canceled, ordered the ritual set, went on website today to see when would be delivered and noticed they canceled my order anyone else have this problem?

      Look at previous postings for the Rituals disaster. It was a huge mess.

    • I am fairly certain they cannot refuse to honor an order because they made a mistake. I would would check the law and email them.

      • It depends on the mistake, how bad it was, and whether you have the goods in hand, etc. For example if a website glitch causes a TV or fine jewelry to be discounted 99% off, the company could cancel orders. They probably couldn’t request that anyone return an item bought in store though. Or if an honest miscalculation by a company sold a pre order at $25, then discovered their base cost of ordering would be $30, they could cancel.

        But for other reasons it’s a bit harder to say. Under current case law they can’t just cancel an order and reprice an item higher as court precedent considers a contract made when the seller accepts buyers request to purchase at a given price, even if the company claims a contract doesn’t exist until shipment.

  28. How interesting! I wonder if the balm can be applied sheer as well. Has anyone used it before?

    • I agree JuJu, I hope the color isn’t just red….I am feeling like a chronic MSA stalker for spoilers….killin me 😄😃🤤
