Emma & Chloe just sent out an email today announcing the new branding + website. I’ve receive the new Gold/Pink packaging since October’s necklace, and the new packaging looks and feel so much more luxe! I love this subscription, but my 3month ended with the Nov bracelet.
Hope to see them offer a Black Friday/ Cyber Mondy deal! After the last 3 months, I’m ready to commit to 1year sub – I love the gold pieces and even when there were hiccups, Caroline from customer service has been responsive and very helpful.

I have worn the necklace from last month many times and received so many compliments on it. This month I got the silver cuff and I absolutely love it. I’m a big fan of this box. We had a rocky beginning but their CS got it all sorted out and I’ve been really pleased ever since. The jewelry is all very nice quality and the presentation is beautiful.

For this price I will give them a try. A bit concerned by all the reports of snafus with metal colour and earring choices – if they send me clips or silver I’m out, too much hassle to return and wait for replacements. But the November bracelet looks cute and if the first box works out fine, great…
One thing I notice is the insert – why do companies waste so much $ on stuff we essentially toss the minute it arrives? I understand pretty packaging – we can reuse it, but the insert??? Why not spend that cash on making the product better, bigger, more valuable or adding an item?
