So, as soon as I saw this posted in MSA, I rushed to the site and bought two. I am extremely disappointed. Not only did I receive a bag with product leakage all over everything, both bags were identical and did not give the promised “Over $100 value”. Each bag has 14 actual beauty items included (they count the bag and coupon as items apparently) and each bag has a value of $31.48. No where near the claimed $100 value (-$68.52 worth). And I took the values given right off the card they had inserted, detailing the items full size values and sizes! I have never been so upset at an item received! Most of the items are foil packets, .01 to .05 oz sizes. BUYERS BEWARE. Sounds like a great deal, just fell way short for me. Very misleading.

Wish I had read the comments here before ordering 2 bags as my hair does need TLC all the time. Keeping my fingers crossed it won’t be as bad.

I got this either last year or the year before, and I will NEVER again. My bag was almost nothing they showed. I know it says the items may vary, but darn near the whole bag was different. I got so many foil packs and a ton were things I would never use. I am still annoyed I wasted money on it! Save your money and don’t bother unless you see it in person and can view what you are really getting. The value is nothing near what they claim, and IMO it’s not worth much. It’s a lousy GWP at most.

Hi everyone, I already got one of the hair sampler online and 1 in the store. I got exactly what’s pictured above in both except the following:

You get either the Biolage shampoo/cond duo or the Total Results duo, not both.

1 variety of the American Crew product (not all)

1 of the Kenra styling products

Everything else was included in the bags I received. Hope that helps! 🙂

Had terrible experience with this rep years ago. Products and sizes weren’t really what was listed. Terrible CS. Never again.

However, to the best of my knowledge, I’ve never made a purchase from beautybrands.com until this evening.

Be wary of the listed value. I ordered the Haircare Bag and calculated the value at $60. I contacted CS for clarification but haven’t heard back. More foils than last year (ex:last years it’s a 10 Travel Size, this year foil Sample)
