  3. I really hope they follow through with the choices this time. It was so disappointing that they didn’t with the last box; it was pretty much the only reason I signed up; then it didn’t even happen.

  4. I finally caved – beret is the only hat that I can pull off too…. I hope all goes well – 🙂 … in search of that “one” almost perfect sub….

  6. Yes! I love berets. It’s the one hat that I can pull off. They never go out of style. And if they do don’t tell me as I’ve been wearing them since I was in high school.

    Going for pink – fingers crossed we receive the color we choose.

    • Zo, have you ever cancelled and then returned?? I’m wondering how you cancel – there’s no information on my account page….. thanks!! 🙂

      • I didn’t think their subs were recurring….. at least not the annual ones.

        • I just bought my first box today – my biggest concern is the customer service complaints and the box variations – I signed up for the bi- monthly – I hope someone chimes in with how to cancel should it be necessary….. 🙂

          • They charge you bi-monthly but ship out the boxes every 3 or so months. (An annual subscription of 6 boxes takes approximately 18 months to receive) This box is the third box this year.

            To cancel you go into your account, press on the active subscription and it should pull up a new window that has the option to cancel it. I purchased a bi-monthly and a discounted annual on July 3rd. I was able to cancel the bi-monthly one before they charged me again on September 3rd so if you want to cancel make sure you do it before the two months pass.

      • Interesting….. I have two subs so I’d better be sure to chose 2 different colors.

      • You can cancel but Oui please will not give you the refund. I ordered yearly sub and canceled the very next day. OP sent me email and confirmed the cancellation. Weeks later, still no refund, OP sent me a box citing it was not able to cancel the first box. Sent numerous emails to find out the status of my refund. I even asked to reinstate my sub if they were not going to refund me. No rely for weeks. I disputed the charge thru my bank and finally recoup the cost.
        Yes you can cancel but you won’t receive refund or remainder of boxes.

        • Thank you…. pretty depressing to think even though I only signed up for bi-monthly!!! Still need to know I can pick and choose when… Customer service is key for any sub…. we shall see soon enough! 😟
