I’ve heard and read good things about this brand. Personally, I’ve only tried an eye cream and night serum. Both were fine for my combination, aging skin but not outstanding enough to repurchase. The price of this calendar does seem too high though.

I just read the UK version of this calendar (with 24 doors) had a list of over 90,000 people to be notified when it launched. Wowsa. I just don’t get why in the US we get abbreviated versions of calendars – like the Cowshed one is also only 12 and the UK gets 24. They seem to be gaining popularity in the US so hopefully we will see more full size versions in the future.

I’ve been using their translucent powder I got at Target and really like it. But $70 does seem steep, even $53 is too much for stuff I probably wouldn’t use most of it.

I have purchased these products at Target. I think $70 is too much. I don’t see the value in advent calendars anymore and they seem to be getting more expensive. Perhaps it’s the additional cute packaging, but I think there’s better deals out there.

If you go to the store, its cheaper in store by quite a bit.

I bought this in store and it was considerably cheaper ($40 in my area). Not sure why it varies so much! There is a coupon online right now that takes 25% off (FLAWLESS).

Jenny, when you say you bought this in the store do you mean Target? If not, where did you find this? For $40 I thing I would purchase this calendar.

I found online that Walgreens is selling this item in their stores. I think I will go take a look and see how much they are selling it for.

I never heard about this brand, is it good? Is it worth $70, seems kind of pricey for the samples.

While the price of this calendar does seem high for what’s in it, this brand is supposed to be pretty good, and I’ve only heard good things about it…. especially their serums.

Nope not worth it. It’s a Target brand but other drugstores are starting to carry it.

It’s actually not a Target brand at all. It’s from the UK, and it’s been carried by all types of stores in the US. Ulta carries it and a bunch of other drugstores. The face creams are widely praised, and their foundation is really lovely for dry skin. The only item I wasn’t wowed by was their eye cream, simply because I didn’t see any different with dark circles, but it was moisturizing enough. This advent calendar is not worth it for the sizes. I just purchased two value sets, each containing three full sized skincare items for $35 and $45 Canadian dollars (so approx $28 and $35 USD), which I find to be a much better deal. They have so many different value sets, that you can pretty much find one that has items you want to try.

I’ve seen it at Walgreen’s, but never tried it. This cost seems a bit high for this, to me.
