Got email this morning saying mine has already shipped! Woohoo! Sadly I convinced my BF to get it for me for my birthday which isn’t until the middle of November. Drats, the wait is gonna suck! Maybe I’ll see full spoilers b gore then. Which may, or may not, help! I’m guessing another full size will be the cleanser. I just hope the other isn’t the mitt. I’d love a moisturizer though! They have a value set called ‘the hut group’ and it’s the same price with 5 items and none being full size. The mist is only the 1oz in that set. So hoping this blows us away!

I still haven’t gotten the email for subs to get a discount. I’ve hitten several others from them the past two days but not that one. I did use the comeback but that’s still about a $10 difference. I may try the chat to see if they will credit me the difference. I have FOMO so wantedyo order asap since the caudalie sold out so fast. I did get that one though, and haven’t touched it yet. The original message said £20 off with a discount code by email. I tried to check out with the 15% code and it was not accepted by the site. They have an online chat feature so I tried it out. I was immediately connected to “Amber” and after some account verification, she provided the code and an email link and I was able to put my order through. Keep in mind that these products are very expensive on the Sephora site so getting a high value box at a substantial discount works for me. I also loved the cleanser from the earlier box so after price comparison and reading reviews this one was a no brainer for me.
I strongly recommend the online chat feature but keep in mind this sub is from the UK and there is a significant time difference. Hope that helps.

I recently subscribed to the LF box and also bought the LF Advent calendar. I think this looks like something I’m interested in picking up but I’m wondering what the discount in the email might be. Obviously, I have not received any email yet even though I am a subscriber. Hopefully, it will be a nice discount and I’ll jump.

Hmmm. I love this brand and regularly use several products. However I buy the products I use for a discount through UK sites and I’m not yet convinced this will be a better deal. I think I’ll wait for full spoilers since I just repurchased both the thermal cleanser and mist.

This year I finally got over tiny samples and Im buying full products again. i have tested/tried enough to know what works for me.

I checked the products of this line and they are pricey. I’m worried that the other 2 full size items will be a lip balm and a shave gel (both usable but I rather splurge on other beauty items).

Please keep us posted when they release full spoilers! Love this brand but very pricey! Also do they usually offer promo codes or only for current subscribers?

I’ve been refreshing my inbox but no discount code. I called CS and they weren’t aware of the box and wouldn’t provide any codes. Does anyone know whether the discount code is for more than 15%? If so, then I’ll call CS again.

I used the code COMEBACK and received 15% off my order. The coffee doesn’t work for the Advent calendar unfortunately 😥. I like LookFantastic as a company. Customer service has always resolved my issues quickly and without fuss.

I just ordered one. After chatting with an agent online, I received an email with the discount code. This brought the total of my box to $104 Canadian. After looking on the Sephora website, the spoiler sells for $110 Cdn so I have already saved on one of the hero products with 5 more to go. Get this box ladies. The cost of these products is substantial and the savings are huge on this lovely line!!

Ughhhh, I caved love the mist!!! Darn you!!!
