Just want to say that I just ordered a few boxes for my daughter and niece/nephew (Cricket, Koala, and Kiwi) to try – and they have great customer service! I had a problem with a promo code disappearing on me, but they have a live chat if there are any issues, and Mariah was very helpful! I’m normally phobic of live chats, but it was really easy to resolve so I could put my order in.

It also looks like they have a store where one can pick up past boxes and projects (many on sale,) and you can earn ‘kiwi credits’ to put towards those gifts or towards the subscription cost.

So far, my first impressions have been pretty good! Looking forward to see what the kids think.
