I love this necklace. I received the black and gold which was exactly what I was hoping for. I actually liked it so much that I also acquired the gold and white one in a swap. I haven’t had the negative experience that others have mentioned with this box. When I received a damaged item from them, I emailed a photo to customer service. They immediately sent a replacement in the mail, no questions asked. I was actually pretty impressed. I had to email them on one other occasion regarding a separate issue and also got an immediate response.

I got my necklace today. I love the new packaging! I got a black and gold and it’s beautiful but I was really hoping for gold and white – mother of pearl. Does anyone know if the black is made if onyx?

I’m hoping for the silver and white. I’m signed up for silver, but in this case, the gold and black is really stunning.
I had several snafus with this company and I will say that Caroline got everything straightened out. It took some back and forth but finally my subscription was sorted out and I received everything I was supposed to.

Although this is a beautiful necklace it is not my style and as soon as I ordered it I knew I made a mistake. I messaged them multiple time and no one helped me. I really wanted something else. Sigh.

Looks like I stand alone as the only one who doesn’t like this piece at all. I’ve liked all my previous pieces and I know you can’t win them all! On a positive note, at least if everyone else likes this, it will be easy for me to gift!

Last month I got silver earings instead of gold. I have nothing silver. I hope this month I get the gold, as I have in my preferences!
I just read above that they will swap them out? I thought maybe it was a “preferance” but not guarenteed. Emailing them now!

Yes, if you email them they should tell you to send back the ones you received (they will reimburse the shipping cost) and then they will create a new order with the right preferences and send out a replacement. It sounds like they had alot of issues and mix-ups this month. I assumed the same thing about not being guaranteed since I asked for clip earrings and they sent ones for pierced ears….until I read the MSA review and saw they got clip ons! So I sent an email and got a response within a day with instructions….

Horrible customer service. I would NOT recommend anyone to this company. And the person who runs tha Facebook messenger is RUDE!!! I’m so disappointed with this company. Was supposed to be a gift for my mom and they didn’t even want to help me on top of being rude.

I’m surprised at your bad experience. I’ve had to deal with their customer service numerous times – I think that they haven’t ironed out the kinks in their subscription service yet – and I’ve had no problem with them.

The gold options are beautiful! So glad they picked a bold statement piece. The black version on their website looks a little different, with a little more variation than just solid black. But the mother of pearl is stunning! I hope I get that one. Does anyone know if you can state preferences other than silver/gold?

I feel better after reading the reactions on here, because, initial response is that this is the first month I have HATED. To me this looks like ‘80’s junk jewelry. BUT I’ve always been impressed with the quality and I’m hopeful to like it when I see it in real life. Glad everyone else seems to like this, maybe I’ll get positive reactions from wearing it.

I think she means the other variations. If you look through all the pics there appears to be black circle/gold or white circle/gold and then black/silver or white/silver options.

Wow, it’s beautiful. Cannot wait! However, I have yet to receive my September replacement – I selected gold but got silver – I returned the silver more than a week ago but they haven’t shipped the gold. 🙁

Seems to be a common problem for Sept. I just got my shipping notice that my replacement is on the way. I didn’t even send the silver ones back yet. My experience with CS was great. I emailed them that I received silver instead of gold and got a response the same day that they would swap them and cover return shipping cost.
I wonder if they were overwhelmed by a bunch of new subscribers with their 50% off sale?

They are a disaster, last time I purchased a bracelet from their store it take more than a month to ship! And their customer service is horrible and slow.
I seriously love their pieces, but the company…

I received the pierced ear version instead of clip ons. A replacement order was placed (and shows online) 9/29 and I sent back the other ones yesterday and provided a tracking number. I was told my shipping costs were refunded but they don’t show on my credit card yet so I’m not sure how they are refunding…a credit to my account isn’t very helpful since I already paid for a year in advance. Also, I was told that my replacement package would ship yesterday too but I have not received an email yet and online the order still shows as “unfulfilled.” Sigh….

Caroline here at Emma&Chloé. All the replacement boxes have been shipped out yesterday so it will be with you very soon. You’ll receive the tracking info today or tomorrow, the latest, but the box has been shipped already for sure.

About your refund, this went to your original source of payment. If you do not see it on your account within two business days, please contact your bank as everything has been done on our side.
