You can earn Charms by reviewing products on our website that you have received (50 Charms each review), referring friends using your referral code (500 Charms each referral), and by remaining an active subscriber (250 Charms every month).

  1. So disappointed that I spent 4400 charms on this with shipping @Boxycharm. That’s $44.00 for 1.32 oz or 39ml of those 4 combined tubes of the product”! Since when travel size means only one use???

  2. So I have a question. I redeemed some Charms so I could make my purchase and get free shipping but by the time I received the email with the coupon code the items I wanted were sold out!! How long are my coupon codes good for? Do I need to call CS and ask them to reverse my Charms redemption?

  3. How do you redeem your charms?? I added the items to my cart from the charm shop and it shows the cost to buy each item. Then, I’m supposed to put in my credit card info?? Is it going to charge my card instead of redeeming my charms? Redeeming charms is a little confusing!

    • Go to my account then redeem charms. Chose your option ($10 off, $20 off, free shipping, etc) then when you go to purchase your items it will take that amount off. Even if your purchase is free, you will still have to enter your credit card info, they just don’t charge you for anything, which is kind of stupid.

    • Usually there is an option to redeem Charms in one of the menus but it isn’t there right now. I tried my laptop and my phone. So frustrating! I am guessing it will show up once everything good is sold out:(

      • Act like you are buying it- it will automatically take the price off at checkout when you get to payment. You will have to pay for shipping though.

    • Make sure that you are logged in to your account. Go to “Menu” then “My Account” then “Account Preferences” then “Choose My Reward”. Select how many charms you want to redeem. Then add the items to your cart. It will ask for credit card info but it should show $0 total if you have enough charms to cover the total cost.

    • I got the colourpop and the pencil sharpener, they wanted my cc info, but every thing was zero out

  8. Ugh, I hate when there is no add to cart button on the items in the shop. I guess that means they are sold out 😔😔😔

    • I’m with you! I can’t find the add to cart button either! So frustrating. I wish it would have indicated that it was sold out before I redeemed my charms. Do redeemed charm credits expire?

      • I agree, I redeemed my charms too and the button won’t show up 🙁 I emailed them because honestly it makes me mad, I would have continued to save up my points instead, they really need to fix their site.

      • You can check the Charm Shop to see if something is sold out BEFORE redeeming your charms. It takes about 5 secs to click on the item to see if the Add to Cart button is there or not.

  12. Hmmmm I was trying to get the Artist Couture Diamond Glow Powder in “Illuminati” (2.35G) and it’s still listed in the shop but there is no add to cart button

    • Did you redeem your charms first?

  14. Got me the colourpop trio and the briogeo <3 You guys know how long it usually takes to ship and if I can cancel my box and still get my charm shop order?

    • My order from last month around this time arrived two days ago (a few days after my October box) even though it said it would be shipped in my next box which I assumed meant in the same box but it didn’t.
