Birchbox seems confused about this discount. I went online and made a purchase, and the discount automatically applied. I then received a receipt for the purchase without the discount. I asked for a customer service call and they didn’t seem to know about this sale. I am now waiting to hear back from them, but I had to send a screenshot of their website to them and I forwarded the email from them announcing the sale.
